I am VERY disappointed with the customer service I received today. My company orders from this location 2-3 times per day every weekend. Today, I asked the cashier, (Zac) if I could have change for $20 as I was paying for my order. I was surprised when he sarcastically responded, " you can get change from somewhere else". I politely asked why he had such an abrasive tone. His overall responses were adversarial despite my efforts to tolerate his obvious attitude. He asked whether I wanted my pizzas or not. Throughout this transaction, I noticed an older man in a manager uniform spectating as opposed to intervening and coaching Zac on how to speak to guests. On some level, I wanted to inquire further with the manager because he walked to the front to observe the conversation unlike the rest of the team that continued working. Instead, I felt why should I initiate a conversation with a manager that made a conscious effort to spectate as opposed to taking steps to intervene. The managers non verbal communication conveyed the message that he condoned this type of toxic behavior from subordinates. I then asked Zac if he could give me a number for customer service and he sarcastically said, "if you call customer service, they're just going to send the complaint right back to him". I was taken back by how quickly Zac escalated throughout the conversation. It was my goal to continue warm healthy interactions but I did not sense this was a place that valued my busines. It's sad how people can indirectly let their true feelings shine through on how they feel working with certain customers. This was honestly not a situation that warranted Zac's combative responses. Read moreI ordered food of my toddlers. When the pizza arrived. I opened the door and my food was on the floor with no barrier for my food and the ground. I live in an apartment, people have pets in the building and dirty footwear. he set our stuff on the ground like we are animals. I Informed him of this and he told me” the food is in a box” so I told him to get this food and go because Am I supposed to take the pizza out of the box with my hand or am I supposed to take the dirty box that’s been sitting on this dirty contaminated carpet and bring it into my apartment with my two toddlers.I called the manager(Someone named Aaron)and asked for a refund because I don’t feel comfortable asking For a re-delivery because they might bring me back the same food or do something to my food. I have been ordering from this Papa John’s for years when I order from Papa John’s or Pizza Hut since COVID our food is never on the floor and when it is on the floor there is always barrier so the food box is not directly touching the ground. My husband’s on his way to work because he works night shift and when we open our front door our carpet the doormat is soaked. the delivery driver poured something on our carpet and doormat in front of our door so I called back the store and I’m telling the Aaron person that claims they are the manager he tells me the driver came back with the food drink and hang up on me. Read moreHORRIBLE!!! I placed a order and was never told my eta on my delivery. Waited an hour and a half then called the store. A woman answered and told me my order was being delivered. I waited another hour and a half tried to call but they kept hanging up. After waiting a total of 3 hours and sum for my food, I drive up there 45 minutes before they closed. Only for them to be closed 1hour early and pretending not to see me at the door knocking. I spoke with the manger only to be lied to about them not receiving my order! I know they got it because they told me it was on its way took my name and everything. She didn’t want to refund or give me the number to corporate when she knows she has it. Horrible manger why LIE AMANDA. She knew she was wrong she had a look on her face when I told her my order. She didn’t show any type of sympathy that I waited 3 hours for my food only not to get it. Didn’t offer anything or apologize TERRIBLE. It’s nothing wrong with telling the truth she could’ve at least given me a refund but I had to call corporate right after even though she told me they weren’t open till Monday.
