Terrible unprofessional service and the food is mediocre at best and over priced! Don’t waste your time. The wait time for our entrees to come out took an hour! I talked to the host and asked if it was going to be longer to at least bring out some bread since my grandma was with me and she had low blood sugar.

The owner (I believe) came out to the entire table to attempt to embarrass me in front of me group and continued to say “I didn’t think you all ordered appetizers?! And then I said no we didn’t it’s taken over an hour so we asked for bread. He continues to argue with me in front of everyone and said “30 min to 45 min is normal” I said “ that is not normal, it’s been over and hour”. He then changed what he said again “an hour and half is normal”. Wow. Just wow. Arguing and justifying an hour plus wait time is low. How much more low did he go??? He charged us at the end of the night for pita bread!!!!! Don’t waste your time!!!! Enjoy your meal and your company...

So this place was fantastic. I'd never been here before but my partner brought me in to show me the place because he goes here for lunch fairly regularly and dinner sometimes with friends. The food was absolutely amazing. The hummus was some of the best I've ever had, super creamy and delicious. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the main course we ordered but it was the special of the night and it was this amazing rice and seafood combination that was just fantastic and everything in it was perfectly cooked. We also had a wonderful cardamom on tea with dinner. For dessert we couldn't decide, So we shared a lovely saffron ice cream and I do not remember the name either but there was a incredible cake that our server said was the mother-in-law's recipe that had this wonderful fruit and cream icing and it was so moist and delicious. This was our second visit to Orchard and it did not disappoint once again. Firstly, Jason, the manager and server is one of the warmest and most delightful people. His personality made this a terrific experience as much as the food, service, decor and the music playing in the background.

We started with his recommendation of the Haleem Bademjune, a super creamy concoction of pureed eggplant and beans that was so tasty and the texture incredibly smooth. The pita accompaniment also could not be tastier. For our main course, he recommended something different, his Persian take on Paella. While my South American wife and I were very suspicious, we went with the recommendation; it was absolutely delicious and a great value as well.
