Ordered food and found out only AFTER paying for and placing the order that they use doordash for delivery. Since when did pizza places stop using pizza delivery drivers?? Anyway, Dasher came, pizza was crumpled like he smashed his braked and the pizza slid. He also told a tale that the store ran out of the drink I ordered so he couldn't bring it. I called the store to get a refund and she says the soda was left by the Dasher and thY she could only give me a credit. I did not want a credit, but a refund. She said that was not possible at all..How?!!!! I said can you bring me the drink then? She says, "it'll be a while, but sure." Needless to say I never received the drink. When you call the store it just rings or goes to a call center.. CRAZY!! The prt that's angering the most is that they will surely Place MY drink that I paid for back in their fridge and sell it AGAIN to the next customer. So paid twice for the same soda. I called Doordash about my crumpled pizza. They said since I ordered through PJs they couldn't do anything. PJs won't do anything either!!!! Upset is an understatement. This was my 1st time ordering PJs in YEARS and I will not EVER do it again. How can you make me pay for delivery when PJs isn't even delivering???!! Now when rhe delivery goes wrong, I'm screwed?! Read moreTerrible customer service. I called in an order to pick up for the first time at that location. The young lady was ready to take my payment at my arrival, the manager, John, walked up and said that they did not accept anything more than a $20. I understand the policy but the attitude with which he approached me was uncalled for. Pointing towards the counter where the small sign is glued under, and walking away as i was speaking. I explained that i usually did not order at the store, he sarcastically said: "we dont accept more than $20 for delivery either". As a patron of the establishment, it is my understanding that there is a way to address a client who has not been rude or aggressive. I simply made one statement and that apparently is not OK with John the manager. I will not return as my money can be spent where my presence is valued. Whoever promoted this guy to manager needs to revisit that decision as it may cost this location...
Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I place a order online 9-5-24 and said it would be approximately 36 minutes until ready,no problem. I get to the Papa John's about 45 minutes later and the guy at the counter says they haven't even started my order? He tells me if I can wait another 30 minutes that it will be ready.I waited another 40 minutes and asked him the status of my order in which he tells me,I don't have any update on your order? What ? You made me wait another 30 minutes to tell me you can't even tell me when it will be ready.After a hour and a half they hadn't even stated the order.The guys says I can refund your money in which he had refunded at least four other people while I was there.Absolutely horrible service and a waste of two hours and no one even cared.Told me I would get a refund tomorrow on my card even though my card is charge instantly.I wish I could give them below a 1 star...
