Should have read the reviews - too many 1-stars. This restaurant came up as a quick door dash option. Photo looked good - so I tried. However, after I picked up a slice - a very long, single strand straight hair - unlike my shorter curly hair - became visible, dangling off of the slice. So that was the end of that (DD handled right away-I sent a photo). Also ordered wings - but after a couple of bites - felt they tasted off. It's possible the hair experience ruined the wing exp. I also called to ask if they had a policy of taping/securing their boxes for delivery (they do not) - and the young males who answered were extremely immature - pretending they could not hear, disconnecting the call - before they finally answered the very simple question. Wont order from them again, nor do I recommend. They have lots of competition in the area - you'd think they'd do better at the basic things. Edited to say that about 30 mins after the few bites of food, experienced lower left side discomfort.
Edited after response to say: Sorry - I don't require free food and regularly spend good amounts ordering and tipping well for food delivery - which is likely why DD took care of me so quickly. My experience, unfortunately, happened just as I described above. I suggest, in light of the other 1-star reviews, that you work to manage/provide consistently better service, rather than take this overly defensive posture. It's counter productive and will only cost you future business. After all, it's usually not the complaint/problem - but the way it's handled - that weighs most heavily with customers. ย ย ย Read moreBeen going to this place for a long time ever since it opened but recently had a incident that really caused concern for someone who has no right to treat others this way. Ordered food for lunch for a co worker of mine as well as others in the office. The co worker has a small nut allergy and wanted to avoid any in her food all together. So we went inside and ordered food and asked them specifically to leave nuts off of their salad item. This is normally a pretty simple request and has been able to be done by many other establishments in the area. While eating our food our co worker started having swelling in their throat area and needed immediate medical assistance. We later found that not only did her salad have nuts in it , but they were placed between amounts of salad to somehow disguises that the food contain nuts. Well our co worker is ok after a EpiPen shot and a visit to the doctors. So we decided to contact the establishment about what occurred and notify the owner in case they have anyone with a more serious allergy that could possibly be killed or have a serious medical incident. Immediately when I attempt to say anything to the owner he becomes hostile and angry towards us and begins to yell. He states he wants us to leave his store immediately and we are liars. He screamed and cursed while the poor young man behind the counter is profusely apologizing for the behavior. Will never ever go here again and most likely will only have bad things to say about this...
ย ย ย Read moreHORRIBLE CARRY OUT EXPERIENCE! Decided to try Pazani last night so we went in and ordered a salad, wings, sub and Panini โto goโ at 7:55. We sat in the booth right in front of the register to wait. After waiting 45 minutes watching others come and go we finally went up to ask about our order. With no one around I finally saw it sitting on the shelf all by itself. It had obviously been there for quite some time and NO ONE EVER BOTHERED to let us know it was ready. SERIOUSLY? WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE WHOLE PLACE, RIGHT THERE IN FRONT since the ONLY other table there with customers had already left by then. When someone finally came around to hand it to us he didn't seem remotely bothered saying "I thought someone else would have told you". I might have given a few stars but now after our 6 minute drive home we found a Cold salad now a Hot salad with literally melted shaved Parmesan cheese from being placed over the Hot Wings in the bag, which themselves are now Cold. Our "Hot" Chicken Parmesan sub now had cold melted cheese and cold fries are just, well...cold fries. Cold food in a separate bag from hot food is a really good idea BTW. Maybe the food would have been decent if the hot food was hot and cold food cold but not our experience. As for our Pazani customer service, seems as though we were literally just left on a shelf to fend for ourselves. So that was our first impression and now memorable LAST...
