Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Incredibly Rude!! Awful and untrustworthy. I ordered 7 pizzas for our party at 12:30 for a 3:30 delivery. Confirmed address by having him read back to me as it was a friends house and not attached to my number. Well, pizza never came. When I called they told me they went in the oven 3:15 and a little late. 3:50 I called to inquire and was told she went to a different house and tried to call me. No missed calls and I was standing at end of driveway with phone since 3:30. I asked for a refund which they said they processed. When I asked if pizzas were still coming (for my party guests) I was told I got a refund and HE HUNG UP! Called back to speak to manager, and THAT was the rude manager Anthony! He commented on my tone! Lol! I reminded him I was a rightfully frustrated customer and no phone call was made, no 1600 address is ever tied to my phone number, and I got a confirmation number (who knows if real at this point) from Store #333 (also who knows if real, but I will be checking).

Very apathetic manager who made it my problem for not having pizza for our party! LUCKILY THE KONA ICE TRUCK ARRIVES AT 3:58 for 4p scheduled AND SAVES THE DAY!

I ordered Bleu cheese with my order and received like, 9 cups of ranch. Not one Bleu cheese. I ordered 4 pepperocinis and got 40, I ordered spinach on my entire pizza and got spinach on half. I get paid by the hour and not getting what I've essentially had to work 2.5 hours to afford is stupid especially since I paid for the extra cups and spinach on all of the pizza. Edit to add: I called the restaurant and the manager was more than accommodating. Very nice, very customer oriented. I appreciate her diligence. Edit: I've changed my review again. 40 minutes after calling the first time, there was no change. I was asked to put the 40 pepperocinis and extra cups outside and no one came and management had apparently changed hands. I called again and spoke to a different manager, a guy, who fixed everything immediately. Brandon is the only reason I will ever order from here again. Originally a 3/5, but Brandon fixed everything. Last time I'll order from them! For some reason my last two, very simple pizza orders were messed up but I decided to try again last night, Ordered a veggie pizza and a papidia. It was supposed to arrive in 30-40 minutes, ok great. I kept watch for the delivery person so I could make sure I beat the dog to the door when it arrived. Finally at the 1 hour mark with no delivery I called to get a status on it. It was raining and I figured Mountain Rd traffic at 8pm could have been why it was taking so long. To my surprise the order WAS DELIVERED. I found it on my front step, soaking wet! This cost me $40 with delivery and tip. Not only was it wet and cold, ants decided to take shelter in the box. It was DISGUSTING. I guess this was 'no contact delivery' even though I didn't request it. And it would have been fine if the driver would have used a little common sense and banged on the door and made sure the customer was aware their order had arrived.
