Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

So I ordered my food online and the website did some weird stuff an pretty much my order went through for them that it would be for tomorrow at 11:30 which yes I ordered close to closing time but the food was never made so I get there it’s 12:06 the place is closed employee named Mike that works there (which everytime I’m getting door from here when he is here the food is even 10000000 times better.) but there is nobody in this store only him he tells me the news an what had happened an it’s my fault ordering so late he proceeded to say he can put it together for me which again we could of just canceled the order he was there now after hours he should be home but with happiness an so much positivity said no I can make it all an have it for you. Which honestly I was not expecting to get any food I really in though maybe he was joking or he didn’t wanna do it which you know if someone makes food for you but there heart isn’t in it then the food will reflect that but omg like the craftsmanship of this man’s cooking is incredible my son (just turned 1) literally ate the whole huge slice an not just that the cheese bread the wings like it was not a smaller order for real this man needs some kind of recognition because it’s like everytime I’m here he is always the one making everyone feel good if there is an issue an with grace will step in an find solutions Mike again my family thanks you for everything you did an have done for me you never let me down an your a great hard worker that should have praise your...

Possibly one of the worst Papa John's in existence. I've been ordering delivery from this place for several years because Papa John's WAS my favorite pizza place. Their consistently bad service and poor tasting food have changed that for me though.

Over the past 3 years I have had the following happen:

They brought me someone else's order on at least 3 occasions in the span of a year. I then had to wait an additional hour for my correct order.

They would get my complimentary sauce order incorrect.

They would give me the wrong pizza toppings

They lied to me. They told me they would give me store credit for a wrong order, they didn't. They told me they would bring me my correct sauce, they didn't . They said they would let me keep the incorrect pizza they sent me, they didn't.

Most recently I ordered on 10/14/18 and the pizza didn't taste great and upset my stomach a lot. I couldn't finish it.

Goodbye papa johns and good riddance! I look forward to ordering from pizza hut and...

I first ordered at the greenbelt location before 30+ minutes before the delivery time. They canceled my order. I was like wow that’s inconsiderate. I called to order at the east-west highway location they don’t close until 12am. It’s no more than 11:09-11:10pm I’m calling to place the order I didn’t get from the green belt location. I young lady answers the phone she says I can’t place the order. I’ve worked in fast food I know how it’s goes everyone is trying to get home that does not mean shut down a whole store 1 hour early then catch an attitude and hang up. I called back the phone picked back up then hung up again. I called back again this time a young man answered the phone. I asked for the name of the young lady he said there’s no girl working there.
