TAQUERIA EL TENAMPA — Restaurant in Maryland

Ok I am not here to bring a bad review to this new please...but I am here to actually help this new business to improve...

First....I don't know who is writing this good reviews, must be the owner's friends but... The quality of the food is not too good (I could use more intense words to describe the food but I won't )

Obviously the owner of this place has invested a lot of money and honestly the place inside is very impressive... Super nice, but sadly is not just about the look of the place is about the QUALITY OF THE FOOD.

I would like to bring the owner attention in this matter because I have had spoke to some other friends who already visited the place and unfortunately they were not satisfied with the quality of food...(fortunately for you they haven't review this place otherwise you will have by now like 5 bad reviews)

Personally speaking I ordered 3 different tacos and I couldn't taste the difference of the tacos because all taste the same and it was too much grease on it (and I like grease food) even the pastor tacos tares like chorizo and I didn't taste the pineapple on it.

So again I just want to bring this to the owner attention (or manager) Because I really wish you success and and I feel sad hearing this bad comments about the the food but you definitely need to change something in the kitchen in order to be successful...

SUPER SUPER awesome mexican food. I felt like I was eating myself into the most heavenly food coma. At some point I abandoned my utensils and started eating with my hands. The portions seemed small at first but I guarantee you they weren't. Incredibly delicious and great customer service, they serve us complimentary chips and salsa first to make sure we wouldn't go hungry while we waited for food. Lastly, gorgeous art all over the place, it's so rare in Takoma to find a true gem restaurant that's really really good but not insanely overpacked, with homely vibes. Truly an amazing experience,...

Seriously the quesadilla was big as my dashboard. The taco di birria wow... just wow... flavorful and good quality food. The restaurant is very well maintained. I've traveled a bit and this food taste better than some of the food I tried overseas. It doesn't have that smelly odor like other restaurants. The atmosphere is peaceful it's not crazy. They dont serve liquor so you wont find anyone here acting like a numb nut. I want to see this place busy ALL THE TIME. The customer service is great. The food is great. At-least try it twice.
