Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I am consistently disappointed by the pizza from this location. It seems as if they have 3 year olds in the back doing arts and crafts instead of working. When I order lite cheese there is barely any cheese on the pizza. Most slices had 4 lousy strands of cheese which slid off immediately after picking it up. Ive ordered lite cheese from Papa's before and was never given something in that state. In recent pizzas I decided to order normal cheese and unfortunately there is still huge gaping holes that haven't been covered. There is no reason why I should see sauce and dough on a pizza that is designed to be covered adequetly. I know all pizza's are not going to be perfect, but every pizza I order has issues with cheese distribution. Toppings are even worse. They aren't spread evenly. So you are paying for a pizza topping that is heavy handed on one side and barely any on the other. Anytime I order specifically bacon on my pizza it is non-existent! I can't see it and I can barely taste it. The workers simply aren't putting enough on. Even when ordering two servings of meat the bacon is barely there. This corporation really should focus on this location and find workers that know how to adequately disperse cheese and actually put on the toppings. I have ordered 10+ pizzas and all of them have been less than satisfactory. 0...

I wish I had my phone to take pictures and a video of what I experienced today. I ordered online and usually by the time I get the store my pizza is ready but weirdly enough it wasn't. I saw one employee of the store look inside of a pizza box and take it to the back. The front clerk tells me it would just be a couple of minutes. I keep looking in the back waiting for my pizza to come and notice the cook had made pepperonis alone without pizza; which I found odd. The cook than takes those pepperonis and puts them on my pizza. At this point i realize they messed up my order and instead of telling me they decided to do a quick and dirty fix. It wouldn't have been that bad had they not picked each pepperoni up by hand and smashed them into my pizza one by one with their fingers. The front clerk than presented me with the pizza that they had touched all over and after I told her what I witnessed she said she would make my pizza herself. All while my wife is sitting in the car with my three year old son while a guy is sitting in his car blasting his music and...

I have ordered from here in the past and stopped for these same reasons. The food is never ready when it says on the app it is ready for pick up. The only explanation I get as to why my order isnt ready is, sorry we got busy. The only thing they consistently do is make my order incorrectly. I have no qualms with the fact the pizza makers don't wear gloves IF they are practicing the correct hand washing methods. While I was waiting for my order, that was not ready, I saw an employee at the making station, adjust their airpod in their ear, then proceed to touch the back pocket on their visibly dirty jeans, to turn the volume down on their phone to have a conversation with another employee, then proceed to make orders....I can only imagine the grime that comes from the fabric on your clothes where your butt meets all the surfaces when you sit, that was now in these people's pizza. I then watched another employee open and walk into the walk in freezer and return to the dough station with no hand washing. I will be sticking with other pizza...
