I am disappointed with my food. I didn't like the Pechuga A La Plancha as indicated on the receipt that I ordered. It's a grilled chicken platter with rice, salad and beans. The chicken was over cooked and dry. I don't think it was marinated at all. The salad was very plain using iceberg lettuce, a tomato slice and a few cucumber slices. There was no dressing. I also ordered a chicken tamale and their ceviche. I didn't like the softness of the tamale dough and the white potatoes inside of it.
