I ordered through Ubereats. This restaurant knew my order was placed at 8pm, it was set to be delivered at my house at 8:30pm. Unfortunately, no drivers were around at the time of making my order (which I completely understand) and in my assumption they made the food when they received the order AT EIGHT! I called the store at least 5 times to address my concern because I did not want to receive bad quality food because the time kept being delayed while I tracked my driver when he was picking up my order and NO ANSWER, so I communicated to my delivery driver to please ask if the food was hot/fresh when picking up my order. The employees couldāve had the decency to remake my order or at least checked the food when the delivery driver asked if the food was recently made when it was picked up, and then Taco Bell employees proceeded to lie and said it was made two minutes ago. received my order at 9pm. My order was a nachos bell grande, 2 chalupas, 3 dorito tacos which ALL WERE SOGGY AND COLD !!! Iāve never been so disappointed with an order and the way a restaurant handles their food/customer service. Very bad food handling/quality. This is definitely against safe food handling guidelines (serving/selling hot food which has been sitting out for en extended period of time in room temperature). I unfortunately had to throw out my food, Iām currently pregnant and cannot risk getting sick from food thatās been sitting out for a long time. This isnāt the kind of food you can just āheat upā. This food is only good when served hot and consumed on the spot. Why didnāt I cancel the order? Simply because I had high hopes that people had common sense and believed I was not gonna receive cold food. LESSON LEARNED ! Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn 10/16/20 at around 7 pm, I arrived at this location to pick up an Uber Eats order. I left there highly disappointed, humiliated and insulted by the lack of respect and unprofessionalism of two female staff at drive thru.
I approached the drive thru and was forced to wait a few minutes because a female staff act as if she didn't hear my horn. Instead, she walked towards the front. Eventually another female staff approached the window telling me to go and park, and someone will bring my Door Dash order. I, immediately told her I'm picking up an Uber order. She shut the window and walked away without asking for the customer'sname. Then approached the window again and in a very hostile manner asked for the customer name. I gave her the name and asked for her name. Once again, in a hostile manner she said, "What's your name" and literally shut the window in my face and walked away. At this point, I was baffled by her poor conduct. She eventually came back to the window still being disrespectful and using the opportunity to keep shutting the window in my face as I recorded her, which she obviously didn't care about. While the other female employee disregarded my presence as well, which is totally unacceptable.
I was highly disgusted by the two female staff poor behavior and considered cancelling the customer's order. I, eventually spoke with Andrew (manager) and was given the order, which was the most important of it all.
