I had the worse experience at this restaurant. My wife is a Pho - Lover. One evening after work when deciding on what we should eat, my wife decided to get some Pho assuming it would be the safest thing to eat during the late night. However she was wrong they served her soup that gave her a stomach ache that lasted throughout the night. We decided to call back the restaurant to complain that the soup they were serving was tainted, however the older woman that sits behind the counter, and by the way does not move from behind the cash register gave us some bogus excuse that we could not be refunded my $10 unless we went to an emergency room, and gained a note from a doctor. Now I understand wanted to protect yourself from a lawsuit however I am not going to sue anyone for Diarrhea instead I just wanted my money back and an apology and move on. Then I came back to the restuarant to speak to management and once again the same old lady that does not move from behind the cash register claimed that the owner was not in and that she represented the owner. Come on I am getting sick and tired of this hiding behind the fact that you attempt to use your accent or false claim that you do not understand english, however you do understand how to take my money. I do not suggest this place to anyone they are money hungry and they sell old food, unless you eat from this place early when they open, or if you dont catch them when they make a fresh batch of soup, this place is disgusting and will sell you old soup that has been residing in their pot. DONT EAT HERE AT ALL! TERRIBLE...

A year and a half ago, we came to eat pho here. The dishes came out and we are excited to eat... but there was hardly any broth or vegetables. It was mostly rice noodles, 90%! We were so disappointed with what we paid for and what we got...
So after we finished paying, we asked why the pho was different today as there weren't much broth and vegetables. The manager/owner said that this how they cook their pho. We replied that we have been coming for so many years (7 to be exact) and it’s different now. I suppose she didn’t like hearing this and didn't want to go into more discussion, so we left.
Since we had been very happy with the food before this incident, we came to this restaurant again recently and try it out one more time. They sat us down and handed us the menus. We placed order. Then the manager/owner came to our table and told us to leave because “we don’t serve people who complain about our food.”
Woooww! Instead of just taking the feedback as constructive criticism or just simply ignoring it and forget about it, the owner/manager had decided to hold a grudge against us for over a year!
So we are not coming back here anymore. They have lost their...
Read moreI want to start off by saying that I do recommend eating here.. We went there for dinner after looking at the reviews. It wasn't crowded and parking is good. It was clean and smelled good. I was disappointed after looking at the menu because they don't have a variety of dishes. They have about 16 different beef pho, 1 chicken pho, 1 veggie pho, and 1 meatball pho. I was hoping they would have a shrimp or seafood pho.
I asked for the meatball pho and the server immediately says no. He said he likes it but Americans usually don't like it. Then he asked if I ever had Vietnamese meatball. I've had Bo Vien before and I'm thinking maybe he's talking about a different meatball. I really wanted to ask why list it on the menu?! You have tripe on the menu which most for sure don't like but ok.
So I just orded a small beef pho and a strawberry boba drink. The broth and beef was very good. It was full of flavor and the boba was great. Im even more disappointed I didn't get the Bo Vien because I know that would have been tasty.
Please don't assume "us Americans" won't like something on the menu. I wouldn't be there if I didn't like the food. I've been all over the world and Asian cuisine if my #1 favorite. If I don't like something (which is rare) next time I will try...
