Terrible, no good, very bad service. I live across the street from Pizza Boli's and my husband and I both have loved Boli's brand pizza. So when we moved into the area a few years ago we frequented this location for parties and such and I can't remember a time we had a bad experience then.
My how the tides have turned. Ordering online is simple and in the past we would get deliveries hot and fresh in less than half the time listed online. Delivery people were friendly and not upset about hiking up a few stairs to deliver our pizza. Now it takes about an hour and a half to get the pizza delivered. Let me reiterate that we live across the street. The pizza is rarely warm when it arrives, and the delivery guy is the laziest I've ever seen. The last few times we've ordered pizza he doesn't bother walking up to our locked building to see that there's an intercom, he just putzes around the parking lot calling us so that we come down to take the pizza. He insists that he's punched in our unit number, but he never has the correct unit number even though it's correct in our order information. This has happened at least three times.
We've also tried takeout pizza a few times, hoping that skipping the delivery would make the process better. Nope. Boli's is in a poorly lit strip mall next to a liquor store where kids like to loiter and bug you about buying their "mix tapes." The kids are shady and I wouldn't be surprised if "mix tapes" was just a front for something else. The kids are right in front of the storefront, so I know the employees must be aware they're there. You can clearly see them from inside. Once you get inside, it takes 5 min or more for an employee to stumble into the front and notice you're there, even if you've hollered back for help. Hard of hearing? Loud music? I have no explanation. If you're lucky, the employee that walks out will help you as soon as they see you. Usually, however, they will disappear into the back without a word to find whoever is supposed to be at the front or they'll ignore you and answer the phone that's ringing off the hook. The checkout process is like pulling teeth and more than once I've considered getting cash before going so I could leave cash on the counter and take my pizza in peace.
I would absolutely not recommend this place for delivery or pickup. And if you're hitting a high traffic time like a weekend or a game night, you better brace yourself for a 2 hour+ delivery of cold pizza. The longest it took them to deliver our pizza was 2 hours 40 minutes. I think in the future we'll shell out the little bit of extra dough for the local favorite...

I have not ordered since June 2025 because i found a hair in my cheesesteak. This may seem very petty to some people BUT It was the response i got after reporting the hair and what i found again that sealed this decision. I called and reported my concern and i wanted a refund originally but i was told my only options were for it to be re made and sent back out same night or i got a coupon percentage off. I choose for it to be re made and as soon as i said that the other person was audibly annoyed - probably because they had to send their driver back out but that wasn’t my fault as they should either wear hair nets or do not offer if it’s an issue. This upset me but after ordering from there for years i didn’t make a big deal of it but when i received the new food there was a small reddish like sphere in a part of the sandwich. I have absolutely no clue what it was or if it was intentionally placed there but it didn’t belong in food , it was also hard. After years i have always ordered the same thing and nothing i order on my cheese steaks have ever had whatever that was in it. I ended up throwing the food away, i never called to report it and i have not ordered at any of the locations since and i stick by my decision. I now check food from any place i order from, it sucks but there are a-lot of bad practices in restaurants and two back to back bad experiences on the same night i wasn’t going to further risk eating at any of these places.
anyone who chooses to order from here and is ordering dips like garlic sauce for pizza check because i can count many times where i ordered pizza and they forgot garlic sauce that i paid for at 0.50 each, so - many times i was cheated out of items i paid for. Over time it adds up, and these days costs are so high that it is not worth it to order from places with low reviews and bad experiences...
Read moreI ordered pizza about 2 weeks ago (12/21) and it was amazing!! The first picture is of that order. I didn’t get around to give them the five star rating I initially was going to give. I enjoyed my first pizza so much I decided to order the same order last week during a break hoping that it would be the same.. boy was I wrong. After eating a few slices, I bit into a slice and noticed something hard inside my pizza. I lifted up the cheese and notice an unknown plastic stick or some sort baked under the cheese! I was shockeddd! After that discovery I noticed the slice next time it had the same stick baked in the cheese. It appeared to be one stick that was broken into 2 pieces baked under the cheese, so the chef had to have dropped it when adding the tomato sauce. I literally was so shocked because I never experienced a situation like this and only saw errors like this on social media. After finding plastic sticks in my pizza, I called the store and spoke to Hassan. He mentioned that their store never had a complaint and would talk to the chef because all their pizzas are hAnDtOsSeD .. like what does that matter if it’s hand tossed or not. He asked me if I had pictures of what I discovered I said OFCOURSE I do! I sent it to his phone and he stated that a refund would be issued within 48 hours.. well that was 12/27 and I gave it all the way until 12/30 until I call my bank to get my refund myself!! He never issued a refund for their error. Good thing It slipped my mind to give them the 5 star rating after the first order. Will never order...
