This is getting ridiculous use to love order from pizza bolis. Every time I call and place my order it's always difficult of placing my order. I constantly have to repeat myself like 5 times of repeating my card number when placing my order. It's very exhausting they should really take there time of listening to the customers when placing there order over the phone. Because repeating yourself 5 times can be very frustrating. I been ordering from here for years now. Never had any problems placing my order over the phone until recently. Idk if this man is new but Every time I call placing my order over the phone I constantly have to repeat myself over and over and over again like 5 times maybe more. Read moreThis store doesn't deserve any star! They should be shut down. I have been a very long time customer. NOT NO MORE! Here's why... I ordered 2 sub, 2 fries and 2 soda deal on 9/16/2016 and paid $18.26. Our order was messed up, stuff on our sandwich that we specifically told them we did not want. Hots, tomatoes, wrong kind of cheese. Asked for extra cheese on the other sub. I called the manager, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He wanted to bring duplicate order that night, I didn't want to inconvenience him so he said he'd put a credit in the book and our next order would be free. I've had issues here before and have always been able to work things out. Tonight I stopped in to take my credit on what was promised. Upon entering the store, I asked for the manager so I could explain the situation. A different mgr. was working and claims he had no record of the credit owed. Imagine that! Further explanation ensued and I showed him record of the phone call from my phone. He became argumentative and only offered to give me one sandwich for free. That's not right. He even had the audacity to say he was familiar with me and accused me of always trying to get free food. That is so far from the truth. I just want what I paid for and the way I ordered it. Read moreThis place deserves no star. Charged me something on my card without showing me original receipt. I signed for something diff. I called them and they tried explaining. I was already upset after I got nowhere on the phone. The say they charged me for delivery after I changed to pickup. The person who spoke English looked at my avct app and tried to say on this happened on 25th ummm is today this the 25th. Like this was some sort of a game. After I wasn't goin for their explanation, he called police and stated i was on drugs and that the office needed to check me. The officer didn't even reply! all of this cause I argued with him over my over charge All I wanted was my refund for the money. I will advise don't give them your debit card number. Always pay cash. Never coming here again and will contact BBB. Ultimately I felt like they stole because the original receipt was in trash but only gave me the receipt with lesser amount of money to sign ,never once when I signed did they announce there were two separate receipts . He was nasty telling me he served over 25 yrs without incident. Telling me wait 3 days to get refund. They are thieves. Always check account.
