Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Germantown

I usually come here every Friday or Saturday but this Saturday it was actually pretty annoying. I ordered four drinks and one of them did not have any jelly. Of course I find this out when I’m already home so I have to drive back and tell them my drink did not have jelly. They just took the top off and dropped some jelly in and resealed it . I was expecting another drink made since they had ice in it and now I have a watered down drink with jelly in it.... Great. While I was waiting for them to fix the ordered they messed up, I ordered another drink and asked for “no ice”. Guess what? I drove all the way home and found out that my drink had ice in it, Great. Instead of wasting any more of my time, gas, and money I just decided to leave this one star review. I always leave a 20% tip every time but from this great service I gave a nice 0% I am just disappointed in...

I give this place 1 start cause I can’t give 0 I used to buy very often here my drinks but I had bad experience I placed order through my app but it wasn’t accepting my payment I don’t drink too much sugar then after many tries this app changed me to full sugar I tried to call them to explain then their phone didn’t work then when I arrived to this place I explained to the woman that was there what happened and she just said sorry no and didn’t make new drink for me is this the way you try your customers? If the owner can see this the Chinese old woman was no nice at all ! I won’t never ever in my life come back here they lost one customer for...

The location is a little out of the way and tucked in the corner but it's clean and has a friendly staff. I've gone a total of three times but haven't really been sold on any of their drinks so far. The coco cream wow milk cap tastes like some sort of thick cream milk with coco powder on top (very thick and kinda chalky), the taro slush is too sweet (they don't come less sweetened cause it's a syrup), and matcha milk cap is forgettable. I had it a while back and I don't remember if I liked it or not...I might drop by again if my friends want to visit but I don't think I'd willingly...
