Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I was back in the area this weekend and remembered I had a free pizza "in the book" according to the previous RUDE manager Gabby!!

When I called to order the pizza, of course, it wasn't in any book, and Gabby, in addition to most of her staff, have left the establishment!! Hopefully, she wasn't allowed to go to take over another location!!

The new manager, Grayson, was absolutely amazing. He was well aware of the issues this location had when he took over. Although there was no record of my free pizza, he took my order and was very understanding and even apologized for my horrible experience. That is great customer service. It's probably the best I've experienced in this area in a long time. Riley also did a great job! The 2 appeared to work very well together.

The pizza came out piping hot and looking so delicious. I was most impressed when Grayson said if there were any issues with this pizza, just call him, and he would take care of it!! As you can tell by the picture, I couldn't wait to get home to try a piece.

My mom was so happy when I came home with the pizza. Unfortunately, all of the locations near us have closed down so when we have an opportunity to get Pizza Hut, we do.

The pizza was very good and cooked to perfection.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience EVER, at ANY Pizza Hut!!! I would give it a ZERO if possible.

First issue - they overcharged me. I had $14.99 coupon for any large pizza. Total should have been only $16.99 since I ordered pan but was charged $23.68. They WOULDN'T refund difference even thought I showed them coupon!!

Second issue - Center of entire Pizza was RAW!!!! I called the store and after being transferred 3 times, a woman - supposedly the Manager, answered. She was VERY RUDE and only offered a replacement Pizza despite telling her I lived across the bay Bridge. She said that I would just have to wait until I was in the area again to get a new pizza!!! I then asked politely for her name and she stated "I don't give out my name"???? She is the Manager and I found this very disrespectful.

I contacted Pizza Hut's corporate office today, so hopefully, they will resolve...

TRUST THE REVIEWS! Terrible location, order from somewhere else.

Worst Pizza Hut in the county, possibly in the whole state. Had bad experiences in the past with undercooked items, long delivery/pickup times, just a terrible product from this location so I hadn’t ordered from here in 6 months. Last night I decided to take a chance since I had got home late and ordered delivery. As I should have expected, nothing has changed. Undercooked pizza and cheese sticks, the top of the box was pressed onto the pizza smashing the pan pizza down but due to it being undercooked, no toppings came off just a half smashed pizza and a greasy inside top of the box. Paid an additional $2.49 for extra pepperoni, the pizza had about 12 slices of pepperoni total. I actually don’t think I’ve ever received extra toppings when I paid for it, must be an owners decision not to give extra toppings to customers who pay for them. Also wanted to add the delivery driver arrived with 2 other people in her vehicle which was odd to me when she was handed my order by the unknown person in the back seat of her car. I have never seen a full car arrive to deliver a pizza and cheese sticks but maybe she was also doing Uber pickups on the way which is why it took an hour to arrive? All in all 3 bites of a slice of pizza and 1 bite of a cheese stick was all I needed before I threw the entire order in the trash where it belonged. Will be doing a charge back on my credit card since it’s impossible to receive a refund from this place.

6 years ago this place was amazing, great customer service, great food but ever since Covid hit, this location has become the best in 2 categories, #1 in worst customer service and #1 in worst food quality. Last month was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut establishment and I have to say that upon seeing so many negative reviews, I was very iffy about ordering from them. But because I was really craving some Pizza Hut pizza while being at work in this particular area, it isn't like I had much of a choice, especially if I wanted to satisfy my pizza craving. So, with that said, I placed my order, which included a Spicy Lover's or Meat Lover's pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Honestly speaking, I was pretty anxious to see how my order would taste. especially because, again, I read the many negative reviews. To my pleasant surprise, the staff that assisted me were polite, friendly, and courteous, which was such a relief. Upon tasting my food, I definitely thought everything was good. My only issue, which is the reason for the 4-star rating, was that there was a bit too much cheese on my pizza. In my order, I had requested for my pizza to include light cheese. So, with that said, I couldn't really enjoy my pizza as I really wanted to. However, it was still enjoyable as opposed to unbearable. In conclusion is the big million-dollar question: would I ever go back to this establishment again if I were in this area? Yes, absolutely. And to everyone considering this particular establishment for pizza but are hesitant because of the reviews: please check out the establishment for yourself.
