Placed order online. My credit card was charged but order was not processed. When I did not get a confirmation, I called the restaurant to confirm order receipt. I spoke to a young lady who could not locate the order and referred me to the manager. When Chris (I am assuming Christopher Bowser) answered the phone, he began giving me answering questions that I did pertain to me and referred me to my bank because he wasn't giving me any money back. (I hadn't asked for any money because I wanted my order.) When I corrected him, since we were obviously talking about two different things he hung up on me. I then went to the restaurant to ask why he had hung up and he said "because I had finished talking and you weren't saying anything". I told him that I actually was still talking. Without reaction, he asked if I wanted to order anything and I said no. (Seriously why would I?) He then said that I could leave. I asked him to write his name down for me and he told me he wouldn't but that his name was Chris and that's all I needed to know. I am new to the area and had decided to give Pizza Hut a try. The fact that there were more employees than customers spoke volumes. I left as I was asked and went to Domino's (across the street) and the place was packed. I wonder why. I will NEVER patronize any Pizza Hut again. I am thinking he (Chris) has done this before because his attitude was bold and unapologetic. I guess restaurants really don't need customers to stay in...

Here's why, first of all we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 cheese bread sticks and season fries. we ordered it around 6:25-6:30 pm and it was supposed to be ready around 20-25 mins. We used on the app and we also ordered for a curbside , and the app told us that it was ready but when we arrived, so many people pulled in and the place was very busy today but the employees managed to give the people who just ordered their stuff first before us and we have been waiting for a good more than an hour. We even called them to let them know that we are there to pick our stuff up and they said they will bring it but 15 minutes later , never bring it to us so my mom went in there and the manager told my mom that we have wait more longer . My mom even asked her why put on curbside an option if no one will show up. So after that conversation we waited for 20 more minutes. That is very unprofessional because they cannot even manage the time for everyone's orders. We even gave them the tip and everything but still can't do their job right? What's even more unprofessional, when someone came outside and they were walking with our stuff we ordered. They knew that it is ours but she walked passed by to some car in-front of us and she didn't check with us first.
