Placed order online. My credit card was charged but order was not processed. When I did not get a confirmation, I called the restaurant to confirm order receipt. I spoke to a young lady who could not locate the order and referred me to the manager. When Chris (I am assuming Christopher Bowser) answered the phone, he began giving me answering questions that I did pertain to me and referred me to my bank because he wasn't giving me any money back. (I hadn't asked for any money because I wanted my order.) When I corrected him, since we were obviously talking about two different things he hung up on me. I then went to the restaurant to ask why he had hung up and he said "because I had finished talking and you weren't saying anything". I told him that I actually was still talking. Without reaction, he asked if I wanted to order anything and I said no. (Seriously why would I?) He then said that I could leave. I asked him to write his name down for me and he told me he wouldn't but that his name was Chris and that's all I needed to know. I am new to the area and had decided to give Pizza Hut a try. The fact that there were more employees than customers spoke volumes. I left as I was asked and went to Domino's (across the street) and the place was packed. I wonder why. I will NEVER patronize any Pizza Hut again. I am thinking he (Chris) has done this before because his attitude was bold and unapologetic. I guess restaurants really don't need customers to stay in...

Today, this service was terrible. Here's why, first of all we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 cheese bread sticks and season fries. we ordered it around 6:25-6:30 pm and it was supposed to be ready around 20-25 mins. We used on the app and we also ordered for a curbside , and the app told us that it was ready but when we arrived, so many people pulled in and the place was very busy today but the employees managed to give the people who just ordered their stuff first before us and we have been waiting for a good more than an hour. We even called them to let them know that we are there to pick our stuff up and they said they will bring it but 15 minutes later , never bring it to us so my mom went in there and the manager told my mom that we have wait more longer . My mom even asked her why put on curbside an option if no one will show up. So after that conversation we waited for 20 more minutes. That is very unprofessional because they cannot even manage the time for everyone's orders. We even gave them the tip and everything but still can't do their job right? What's even more unprofessional, when someone came outside and they were walking with our stuff we ordered. They knew that it is ours but she walked passed by to some car in-front of us and she didn't check with us first. At the end of the day the food is good but my fries are cold from all that wait but it's fine. We won't be coming back after...

I don't like like that I asked for well-done crispy chicken they sent me baked chicken that wasn't crispy I sent it back I called the manager. he said I'll send you out another order I'm sorry about that then when I received the next order I received burnt burnt chicken overcooked he expected me to eat that I called back I talked to the GM and I spoke to her about the situation and I told her she said I'll fix it for you myself and I said no thanks because I just don't understand why he would lie and say I said I wanted my chicken burnt when I ask for well done. So. So she said does she understood and that she would return my money and I said I will save what he gave me and she said that's okay you can just come and pick your money up when I'm here on Monday and so that's what I did I don't blame her but he was a manager himself the one that gave me the burnt chicken and lied and said I said I wanted it Bryant when I ask for well done crispy chicken teriyaki so I won't be going back to them again because of the lie and he expected me to eat burnt chicken that's my experience with thing with Pizza Hut and that's my last time good...

I've been a pizza hut customer for years, I placed an order on the app,. When I picked up my pizza and brought home, I didn't inspect them. I open the box and the pizza was dry and looked old, I heated a slice for 10 seconds and couldn't eat it. I would not feed my animal this pizza. I called the restaurant and was explaining my situation to the guy that answered, he was very rude and unprofessional, he put me on hold with out saying he was putting me on hold. He kept me on hold for 5 mins and came back to the line, he was unapologetic and told me to bring it back and I advised him I wasn't and this was unacceptable. He didn't respond and when I said I'm going to call corporate he said go ahead and hung ,prior to me saying I was calling corporate I asked him his name he told me Chris. This was whomever worked Friday night 4/26/24.Also previously I went and while they prepared my food, I ask the gentleman why wasn't he wearing gloves he told me he didn't have to because the oven gets real hot so there's no need to wear gloves.

She displayed a very unpleasant and negative attitude right away,and asked would we like to come back (????) to receive more sauce? He said no, she then got nasty and combative, asked what we wanted. A refund of the wings. Well,she refused a refund for the wings. Fiance kept questioning why and if she was really the manager,then she abruptly hung up on him. He called back she answered and said "yeah I hung up on you," you were yelling at me" which he didn't - she was on speakerphone. She was downright the rudest, nastiest employee we've ever experienced here, and will not be returning. Taylor you need some serious customer service training and a attitude adjustment!!!
