Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I Placed an order about 9:30PM my order of two medium pizzas one pep and the other cheese and a side of bacon bread sticks. It was estimated to arrival 25-35mins later according to the website. It's now 10:30PM and when I contacted that store the shift manager Rachael says to me " Oh I Cancelled Your order and forgot to call you but I had to move on we didn't have the product needed to make your order". This is the second time I have ordered and this shift manager has either not sent my correct order back out to me or just cancelled my order without communication. I have children and when expected our pizza or at least the courtesy of a phone call to say something not waist my time when everything closes early in this area. Pizza Hut should have a better Management Team that knows how's to communicate effectively and work in a fast environment. I'm very dissatisfied and I probably won't order from here again. Thanks Rachel for the lack of communication now I have to find my children food at 11:00 pm on a school night.

The whole experience was subpar. First the app wasn’t working so I couldn’t order online but no big deal. I called in the order and explained I also had a coupon from the mail but the cashier told me they’ll take it when I got there. I was told the total was $24 and some change. My husband went to pick up the order and gave them the coupon and apparently they couldn’t get the coupon code to work ($10 off $20) so somehow I was charged $27? Also the pizza and breadsticks were undercooked. I’d skip this location until they figure out how to...

Very expensive, low value. We ordered pizza and wings today, over $17 for a large cheese pizza which didn't even have enough cheese on the pizza to cover the top. There's an extra charge if you want blue cheese for the wings that are already way over priced ($30 for 18 wings). It seems that quality keeps getting cut and prices go up. We love pizza hut, but it's not worth the price anymore. Unfortunately we won't...
