Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

I don’t think I’ll be returning. My order the night before was cancelled and I was not notified and waited all night for my order. The next day, I spoke with the manager and who said I didn’t make the order an hour before closing. If that were the case, I don’t think it would’ve gone through, right?

I made another order the next day and when the Doordasher went to pick up my food, my drink choice was not available. I was not able to get a refund and was forced to pay for something I do not drink. the same manager said she was not able to issue a refund. On top of that, my points were not refunded from the previous night, so I had to pay out of pocket. While consuming the pizza, I thought I saw a hair in my pizza, but it appears to be a metal piece from the oven or equipment used to prepare the pizza. To top it off, the food had my stomach in KNOTS all night and I was unfortunately sick and unable to hold the food down. Guess this is a sign to start my diet. This visit we were missing an item in our order. The store manager checked the receipt before we left to make sure it was correct. Upon getting home, we found out that an order of wings were missing. When we went back, she tried to argue that we had everything. Until we pointed out on the receipt that there was an additional item. We asked for the item to be refunded and she would not do it, and instead said she would give us something next time. When we asked how she would remember us she said she was the store manager and she wouldn’t forget. Kind of hard to honor this when we place our orders on the app. Terrible experience twice at this location now. I ordered several pizzas for delivery, and received several pizzas that were incorrect. These pizzas were picked up by DoorDash delivery immediately upon completion, and not delivered to my house for more than an hour, even though I live less than 7 minutes away. The pizzas looked as if they were tampered with and they were ice cold. I called the store numerous times and was told to call back in an hour each time. After calling back 3 separate times, being put on hold and told to call back later, I’m left with no solutions, except being robbed of $40. Terrible service. I have yet to speak with a manager or supervisor about the pizzas I received nor will anyone take down any information about a questionable pizzas received. Purchase at...
