Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

I can’t believe the awful experience I just had at the 7622 S Osborne are, Upper Marlboro, MD Taco Bell. The staff completely messed up my order. Not a single item was correct. They asked me to pull around to the front to clear the drive thru. And rather than fix my order asap, they chose to take care of 10+ more customers and waste even more of my time. Then came to the door fulfilling another customer that came after my order, informing me that they hadn’t started mine. I immediately asked for a refund and they spent another 10 minutes trying to refund my cash order because they chose to deduct the blue slushee that I didn’t even order because they were out of cherry. They even laughed as I noted that they didn’t provide my entire refund back. I will never ever go to this store again and the experience has tarnished my view of Taco Bell as a company. I’ll recommend others not to go to this store as well. Just shut down the store and find another place to eat. 1 star is too generous for...

I just have to say…BRAVO to the staff at this location!! I hardly ever take time to write reviews on places but every single time I leave that drive thru I always say to myself “I need to write a review” so here I am, finally doing it!! Every single staff member I have encountered has always been BEYOND pleasant with me and I’ve even heard them being sweet/helpful/joking with cars in front of me on the intercom to so I know they are giving all customers equal OUTSTANDING service! I wish I knew some of their names to give a legit shout out to but honestly, they’re all great. I feel like I’m todays world, kindness is not spread enough and I know first hand being in customer service/food service…it is FAR from being an easy job so for them to go that extra mile and always have smiles and just being kind and helpful…it really can make someone’s day. You never know what someone else is going through and every little bit of kindness can help, even from a stranger :) keep up the great works...

Overall, my experience at this Taco Bell was satisfactory. My order was taken promptly, the food was delivered in a timely manner, and everything I ordered was accurate. While the service wasn’t particularly warm or engaging, it was efficient and not at all rude, which met my expectations for a fast-food establishment.

The only reason I can’t give a full 5-star rating is due to the freshness of the chalupa tortilla. In fairness, it’s rare to find a truly fresh chalupa shell at any Taco Bell location. So, if that’s a priority for you, you might want to consider other options.
