Worst experience I’ve had, ever, at any fast food joint, anywhere.
Rude order taking experience, repeated multiple times but the order was still wrong. Paid for extra sauce, never received. Cajun fries just dumped into the bag, oil instantly seeping through the bag and staining my white shorts. Sandwich was clumsily assembled, thrown into the bag having it come completely apart getting sauce everywhere. I luckily parked right as I got the order so I could see the state of it, throw it away (should have taken a picture) as the garbage it was, and headed over to McDonald’s for great service and an edible meal.
The worst part, I’m an extremely friendly person always saying please and thank you and being patient with people. My thank you as the guy annoyingly handed me my food couldn’t even be returned with a you’re welcome or no problem. Just the door slamming...
Read moreStood in line with about 6 people while team was doing stuff and had counter to their backs. We stood there for about three minutes and nobody turned around to see if we were there. A guy ahead of me was returning food and asked for some assistance and tr manager was irritated from the get go. The guy claimed they had his order wrong. The manager read the receipt on the side of the bag and said this is what you ordered. The guy said no this isn't what I ordered just look in the bag and the manager wouldn't. The guy asked for a refund and the manager said no, you ordered at 6pm it's 7 now. No. (It was actually 6:40 by this point and the guy got there at 6:35).
The manager was hot, irritable, and rude from the beginning with this individual and lacked customer service. Employees and other customers just kind of looked around like it...
Read moreThis Popeyes used to be one of the best managed restaurants in the area, customer service was a focal point, as was fresh food, and hospitality. However they are now under new management/ownership. The new management, sucks....for lack of a batter term.
Placed a mobile order that took over 30 minutes to be fulfilled, and upon receipt I was missing an entire meal. That was rectified, however that was after dealing with the "manager" behind the counter who seemed bothered that I was missing a meal. So I head home and find out that the Sandwiches I ordered were also made incorrectly. So after driving back and dealing with the "manager" I got my correct food, with a total of an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting and unnecessary driving. Let's also not forget that you can't use rewards points...
