Hong Kong Chinese Food — Restaurant in Maryland

Impressively terrible. Staff are slow and disorganized, I waited probably 5-10 minutes for the four people in front of me to be helped. My food was sitting there the whole time. Bummer.

Food quality - oh my gosh. I'm starting to think it might be the area, there is literally no chinese joint in the southern MD area that knows how to do General Tsos Chicken apparently. I put in the notes on the item "Please make sure to make it spicy!" and the resulting food I got was some of the blandest I've ever had, not to mention the actual quality of the meat was abysmal.

Can barely speak English, apparently can't read English, can't cook, can't manage customers. We will not be returning here again. ' On the plus side, the liquor store in this shopping center has a lot of Flying Dog I haven't seen...

Wasn't terrible, but wasn't that great. We were visiting from out of town and we ordered the BBQ spare rib tips, crab wontons, dumplings, sesame beef and general tso chicken. The bbq ribs were pretty tasteless, and so were the dumplings... the dumplings were a bit soggy. The crab wontons were actually pretty good, no complaint there. I enjoyed them. The sesame beef was soggy and just completely inedible and chewy inside. The sauce description didn't mention it being an orange taste but thats all I got, a sweet sauce. Ordered for for 5:45 but they made it before 5 and called me at 5 to tell me to come pick it up. I explained that the order had a pick up time of 5:45, but the man I spoke with seemed to not understand. Because they made it so far in advance, the food was disgusting. Mushy shrimp and noodles, warm but evident it had been sitting out for nearly an hour. Otherwise, the fried shrimp was extremely plain but the lo mein was standard and probably would have been really good if fresh. I’d recommend going somewhere else or not using their online ordering system to order food in advance. Really...
