Quickway Japanese Hibachi — Restaurant in Maryland

Even though, the customer service was fine when ordering, I sat down to eat minding my own business.

I ordered the Shrimp Bento Box, some of the rice was hard, there was no sauce for the fried dumplings or the sushi. I was given 1 sauce for everything, besides Soy sauce after asking.

I oberserved customers coming and going ect.... I felt an attitude coming from the worker/manager whom ever he was bussing the tables after i got up from the table from eating after 7pm Thursday 1/18/2024. As if he didn't want to clean the table or empty trash i put in the trash can. I refilled my drink as I left and sat in my vehicle before l drove off and the same worker/manager followed me outside. He stood by the door, but he didn't say anything to me or come up to my vehicle. I felt I may have pissed him off or he was already pissed off for some reason.

I have eaten here several times and have never experienced the negative atmosphere like this.

I believe if I had my man with me or one of my sons he wouldn't have acted like this.

This is a no-frills place that doesn’t mandate tips or surcharges and will give you good size tasty food.

We got two specialty sushi rolls and chicken&beef+ vegetables and noodles.

I’m a new Greenbelt resident, I’m originally from Bakersfield, California. I would like to commence with Ms. Evelyn, it was my first time at any Quickway. I just got transferred to the area do to work. I had tons of questions about the Bentos and Sushi’s and Evenlyn graciously answered all them without hesitation, and with a great smile. She was the best! Also whoever made my Rock N’ Roll sushi THANK YOU! It was delicious. It reminded me a lot like the west coast sushi....
