If Google had a 0 rating I would give it a zero. My son and I pulled up to the drive through speaker, and after waiting several minutes with no greeting, I spoke into the speaker and asked if anyone was present. No one answered. I said hello pleasantly multiple times into the speaker and asked if anyone was present to take our order. No response, not even a "we will be with you in a minute." After a significant amount of silence I drove up to the window thinking the speaker was broken and they were only taking orders at the window. I was then greeted by a young girl who says "we don't take orders at the window." When I explained that the speaker may be broken because I spoke into it several times with no response, she tells me to drive back around and get back in line again. Then walks away from the window! I asked to speak to a manager. She was even nastier than the first employee (which tells you where she got it from). When I explained that no one responded at the speaker she proceeds to say that she didn't hear me at the speaker and that I have to get back in the line again because they don't take window orders. First of all, the girl was talking with the employee while taking my order so she kept asking what my order was and pausing in between asking about my order so she could talk again and then ask the same question over again. After finally getting my order I was told to drive to the front to wait for my order (I had no problem in doing so) then, after getting my order I simply asked for jelly. She sat there rolled her eyes, sighed, and told me to drive back around to get some jelly using some lame excuse that the jelly was stacked away. It was blatantly obvious that she simply didn’t want to get grab me some jelly. If you’re going to be lazy and lie, do it with a smile on your face and a better attitude and not make it obvious that you don’t feel like working. If you’re going to hire lazy employees at least hire smart lazy employees because all that girl is going to do is make your place undesirable. Ordered a fill-up box and an extra side for $1; got charged for a large for an extra $1.50 instead, without my consent, and got a ginormous soda I didn't even want. The wedges I got were soggy and very skimpy in quantity. Mashed potatoes came with a fork... Asked by the intercom employee if I wanted sauces twice; both times answered BBQ and Hot Sauce. Opened the bag later and had zero sauces. Supposed to come with a cookie and got no cookie. Guy handling most of the interaction at the drive-thru paid more attention to a non-work related conversation with another employee and probably why completely ignored any verbal interaction with me as he mindlessly passed me my food and almost forgot to give me my credit card back.
