First off, before I get into this....I’m at this truck EVERY Saturday and Sunday...I wish they were open daily or had a shop...THESE PEOPLES STEAKS ARE FREAKING AMAZINGLY TORCHHHHHH!!!! 5 different kinds (Ribeye, T-Bone, Sirloin, Filet Mignon, and another that I cant think off the top of my head)....Every last one of them are juicy EVEN when well done.
They also have Ribs (Amazing), Chicken (Flavorful), and Sausages (havent had one or seen them, but ive heard their good!)
You can get any choice of meat AND ITS A LOTTT OF MEAT for the Price ($10 or $20) with sides of Rice, Beans and Pico de Gallo,

Was leaving Pg County skeet club hungry. I didn't want fast food so Google had 193 BBQ on the list of places. Mannnn it was so good. My uncle n brother got the steak and I got the ribs. The steak came with rice and beans with a Pico DE gallo sauce to dip the steak in. Everything was tender and bursting with flavor. It is a cash only place but the gas station has an atm. I rode past this truck for a year. I couldn't get ribs from my usual spot the other night so I stopped here. To my surprise the ribs was excellent but they ran out of ribs. I went back the next day to try the steak. It was the best steak I had in years. So good that I stopped yesterday just to try the steak with sides. To bad they not open on the weekdays.
