Pretty disappointed. I was here literally here yesterday. And I go to Rita's at least 5 times a week. Normally different ritas, It's kind of like my after work treat and I asked for a 5 layer gilati And every single time I go to any ritas Including this one like yesterday I ask for the five layer gilati In the large clear cup And tell them it's fine to charge me for extra whatever. It's normally about a $1.50 or $2 extra. And it's not a problem anywhere. I've gone and they even did it for me yesterday. That's why I drove out of my way to come to this ritas Because they do have the best flavors in the whole area. But instead they denied me and said they can't do that even if I said it was okay to charge me extra. They told me they would have to charge me double, which also makes 0 sense sinse The large cup Isn't that much larger than the small cup? They put the 5 layer in. Not that the cup is a huge difference, but it makes it a big enough difference. Where it's just enough extra for me. So pretty disappointed in the customer service. And the fact that I was told it was fine one day and then the next day they told me no and I went out of my way to come to this ritas specifically In every single other readers, I've ever been to has had no problem with just charging me for extra custard. And putting it in the slightly larger cup for me. So don't get what the big deal is. But thanks, no thanks. P.s. Rita's the 5 layer gilati. Is in too small of a cup, Especially when it's more expensive Then a regular large gelati. You guys should have two separate size options for the 5 layer And on top of all of that, my girlfriend asked for a little extra custard on the bottom because they barely put custard in the bottom of it. And it's called a gelati for the custard. On top and bottom, but they charged me An extra $2 for that, so they had no problem. Charging me for a tiny extra squirt of Custard On the bottom of the large gilati which I think was ridiculous It's not like she asked for a bunch of extra She simply wanted just a little bit more. Then what they put down there? Because half the time they don't even put enough to cover the whole bottom. Smh...
