I had a terrible experience never again will my family come back. The girls working were great! But it was crowded and the older black man that name tag said “Tye” was so disrespectful and called me out of my name multiple times around my kids “because i’m holding up the line” when I just didn’t know what I wanted since there was new flavors. I also let people go ahead of me so I wasn’t. Never have I ever been to a place that allowed this type of disrespect toward customers. Read moreI have always enjoyed visiting this Rita’s location and usually leave happy — but tonight was an absolute disappointment. We walked in at 9:45 PM, well before the posted closing time, only to be told they would not serve us Italian ice. This was especially frustrating because we could clearly see the tubs of ice out and ready.
If the store is open, customers should be served. Closing early without explanation — and while product is visibly available — is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for loyal customers. It’s one thing to run out of a flavor, it’s another to refuse service entirely while still “open.”
I hope management addresses this issue, because right now, it’s hard to want to return after being...

One young lady, i think her name was Andy, was the only one serving and helping customers while the other employee was busy shutting off the machines and dumping ice out limiting our choices. Andy tried to get her to stop and have her help at the front but was completely ignored. Andy was great but the other young employee completely lack customer service skills.
