The women who answered phone was rude. She became upset when I asked questions about the menu. I thought it was me so I proceeded to place my $60 food order. After arriving home, everyone in my family hated the taste of the food. Fried rice contained too much carrots. Didn’t know fried rice contained carrots. The egg foo young was burnt. I called to complain and the same lady said the egg foo young has to be made in burnt oil in order for the inside to cook….bla, bla, bla. Lastly, they ran out of rice n didn’t call me to inform me. What she said at the time of pick up, was she gave me a 50 cent Coca Cola can instead of rice. I asked her to take back the Coca Cola n refund my money but she said No! She insisted I take the can of soda. So I did then left there n called my bank to stop or reverse payment. This is the worst place to do business with. So sad! I once had a positive review of this Restaurant up for years, but unfortunately my view on this Restaurant has changed. I used to defend the lady at the front of the store to people and tell them that she was nice, but unfortunately, I do not believe that she treats customers well and respectfully. She hangs up the phone on people. She gets upset if you only want to order one dish. She also changes the prices depending on what you get, she wants you to spend over $25 each visit. This small family-run restaurant great food ... I exclusively order non-fried dishes so cannot comment on fried dishes. Can get quite busy. Thus I only order here during non busy times. Be patient. The woman who runs the counter is extremely busy! I love their Pad Thai... I order it with shrimp and beef. I love their shrimp in hot garlic sauce.
