168 Asian Burrito — Restaurant in Maryland

Found them on tiktok. 5 stars across the board. 5 stars for the food and simply put it was amazing. 5 star service as they were quick without sacrificing quality. 5 star atmosphere despite it being in a gas station. Everything is super clean, no weird smells or anything. If they like working from a gas station than great more power to them. Otherwise we gotta get these people their own restaurant. I haven't had something so good and so well made since before the pandemic. You can taste the love and care in their food.

Please try it you haven't you won't regret it!

I've eaten at a lot of nice restaurants and I was pleasantly surprised to find a Michelin star level food from a gas station. It checks every box. The quality of ingredients, mastery of flavors and cooking techniques, the chef's personality in their cuisine, harmony of flavors, and consistency across visits.

Please give credit where credit is due, their food will change you for the better.

I can't believe I'm writing a review for "gas station food" is all I'm thinking. But hubs friend showed him the way, and we tried it and I'm very impressed.

I was really thinking hard like ordering raw fish??? from the gas station???? I can't I won't let myself hurt that much. But the reviews said do it. And I did. How is this so good???? I ordered the raw salmon asian burrito and spicy crab mixed. And a black milk tea.

Burrito? Giant sushi? If you like sushi try it. I will definitely return and bring people to try this. I can't wait to try other things. The man working was extremely nice as well.

Milk tea, I literally tasted it and was like stop what you are doing and write this review. This milk tea, is better than the bubble tea shops. So simple, so good. Def get one.

Only con is the gas station has a lot going on there wasn't any parking without blocking other cars. And the store itself is tight so you really can't wait without feeling weird. Signage could be better. But it's inside the...

How I wish 168 Asian Burrito was in an Exxon Mobil near me. This hidden gem is so good and removes the stigma of "you can't find good food in a gas station". Honestly you may actually be able to find better food in a gas station over some of these restaurants.

168 Asian Burrito carries a variety of Korean and Taiwanese bao buns, burritos, bowls, appetizers, and teas. All freshly prepared and cooked to order. This go around I tried the Shrimp Tempura Bao Bun, which was delicious. That soft, sweetened bun paired with the crispy shrimp, crushed peanuts, and slaw had me dancing in my seat. The fries with chili sauce were quite tasty too, dusted in some sort of a Chinese 5 spice blend seasoning. And of course the Beef Bulgogi is always appetizing.

It doesn't get any better than making a pit stop to fill up your car and getting an unexpected delectable meal to go. 168 Asian Burrito is well...
