Smoothie King — Restaurant in Maryland

My first time in this place. As I am a coffee lover my smoothie choice needed to have coffee, so I choose the activator recovery coffee (cold brew coffee, gladiator Protein, protein blend, bananas, coconut water and non fat milk). Julia was very nice and I asked her if she could replace the non fat milk for the almond milk and had no problem.

I really like my choice and this smoothie was great, certainly this is a a nice place to go and have a healthy choice for a frozen shake mainly if you looking for a health style of life and get away from the junk food. Also, you can boost your smoothie adding protein, probiotics, vitamins, pure creative, etc…

This business promise no artificial flavors or preservatives, organic veggies, no syrups.

I’m sure I will be back soon to this place and try other healthy...

I came in to purchase my smoothie with free coupons that was given to me for another incident at Chris' Columbia location on Lynx. I asked for light strawberry fruit and was given a smoothie with regular strawberry. When I returned it for a remake ( company policy) I was told to wait and given the phone with the owner annoyed. Tjis guy Chris argued with me about my smoothie and told me that they couldnt help me. I asked ' So you're not going to remake the smoothie? to which he actually replied ' No! Have a nice day. So I went to the Millersville location where they made it perfectly. This was my experience here and I definitely wont be recommending this or his other two locations in Maryland. Thank you. Really rude and poor customer service. The younger employees call customers DUDE and what not as if you are hanging out on a street corner with them. Some of them act really FAKE with excitement which is very annoying and feels as if they are clowning you.

The owner or manager is rude and doesn't explain the ordering and payment process to you which almost feels as if you are being skipped in line. They also sit there and train/experiment on your order while you wait.

The owner or manager needs to go somewhere like Chick fil a and learn how to run a business and train his...
