Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

My husband and I stopped by at 6 am to get coffee before a long drive back to CT. The sign said 6 am. There was no sign of the door stating they changed their hours on Labor Day. I think if you change the hours it would be polite to post a sign of the door. But that is not what upset me about this Starbucks. There were 2 people in the store. One a young girl who looked at us several times and ignored us. Once she looked straight at my husband and he motioned at his watch as to ask, "what time do you open". She turned her back on him I finally rapped on the door. She came up to the door and said, " we don't open til 6 am". So I explained it was 6 am and she smirked at me and said, " oh, is mean 6:30". I told her they should put up a sign and not ignore customers trying to get their attention. She went onto argue with me that my perception she was ignoring us was wrong. I am not sure arguing with customers about that their perception of how you treated them is the way to go. Good news is there is another, better place, for coffee and Danish in the same shopping plaza. It's called Pralines, go there. Better...

I work in the sangamore area therefore find getting warm breakfast from the Starbucks to be convenient for me the service is always quick and efficient but today as I was waiting for my sandwich which was an online order I was so engaged in my phone conversation with my husband but I still could here if someone asked me a question for the barista to rudely ask me what am I waiting for??rudely ..what happened to common courtesy and the lady coming towards me asks my name and dumps the sandwich on the counter while I was standing right infront of her and could have handed the sandwich to me to be honest I can be rude whichto my aww I was not please just as you said hi and have a nice day to the two. I love this Starbucks for its friendly staff. It can get crowded here, like most of the café's locations. The store is kept clean and my drinks are always made with care. The staff recognizes me from my frequent visits, so they always make sure my drink is just right. I'm a creature of habit, so I always order one of my three drinks depending on my mood. I like that they offer to steam the cream for me to put in my coffee. They're really great here. A lot of stores don't put so much thought into the drinks, and I can't blame them when it's crazy busy. The personal care is much appreciated here. Big shout out to Alex for being an...
