I wish there was a negative rating available!!! Tried ordering online from my phone - wouldn't work. Switched to Google Chrome on a laptop...got through the order process and suddenly n-o-t-h-i-n-g. DEBIT CARD CHARGED #1, screen said would be ready at X:XX PM. Sent son to pick up...."we have no order"
They would not take an order from his phone from me (he didn't know the order). So, had to call the store. NO ANSWER!?!
Tried to order on a different browser. Everything looked good. Went to check out....all looked good....DEBIT CARD CHARGED AGAIN #2!....my son went back in, no order!
Texted him the order, transferred money to his debit card and then sent a screen shot with the COUPON CODE to use. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE COUPON....ARGH!?!
I've tried calling the store AGAIN...no answer. Again, no answer.
Overall cost: 90 minutes my time ordering 90 minutes son's driving & waiting time TBD Time trying to get a refund: TBD because there is no human customer service available 1st order attempt charges 2nd order attempt charges In-store order charges
BTW, the sandwiches were cr*p.

I was a bit hesitant at first as I’ve had issues with other chains messing up orders with the same tech. Fortunately this was not the case. The order was perfect and the staff were all smiles and completed my order quickly.
