Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

If you are an alt or anything that gets judged for how you look, do not go here. The white old ladies were incredibly rude. When I came up, they both stopped to stare at me and one looked me up and down. When I said “whenever you get a chance, could I get a cup of ice please?” She gave me attitude, saying okay but I need to go up to the front and order it. I just ignored that because I was already having a rough day but then she put it out and told me again “next time go to the front and order it”. They then proceeded to whisper and look over at me constantly. I understand you wanting someone to order it at the front but it is unnecessary to give a guest attitude and say it TWICE. I would be written up if I was rude like that to a guest. You can kindly say it ONCE and I’ll apologize but I have no doubt in my mind that the reason I was spoken to like that was because of my piercings and outfit especially because they had a sweet voice and act so kind to...

Just went in there to get a couple of coffees and the old guy behind the counter got smart with us for no reason and called management over. I think he has some kind of condition, but that is no excuse for that kind of behavior. The manager lady that came over was nice, but I really hope they get rid of this guy. While she was there he was saying things like he is not going to serve us anything. To which I replied, that's ok, I wouldn't drink anything he made at this point anyway lol. But no seriously Giant/Starbucks, time to get different staff back...

Personally, I would never recommend that you would go to a Starbucks that is not in an independent Starbucks location.
