Subway offers "freshly sliced" in 3 different places... I found these advertisements posted in 3 separate places (on the glass outside the store, inside on glass that houses the pre-cut, uncovered sliced meats, and on the wall. Wow. "Freshly sliced does not mean "sliced, in front of u" (like Jersey Mike's). Interestly, I was informed that it is possible to have, "as advertised, freshly sliced meats" before 11 AM. Ummm, what time do they open? WHY, is it not posted on the 3 advertisements? I think Subway is trying to keep up with the other sub shops that DO freshly slice the meats in front of u. Read moreUpdate: This Subway is just a fail. Ordering in person is just as bad as using the app (see below).
This place is fine when you are ordering in person. DON'T use the app for pick-up if you are ordering ANYTHING other then one of their standard sandwiches. If you do order something with a modification (extra cheese, no pickles etc)... no hope it will be correct. Super annoying... you canNOT view the menu on-line if they are closed. So, trying to plan in advance for your kids after school tomorrow... forget it. Go to McDonalds. So much easier. EDIT: Jan' 24: took a step further down. Installed privacy screens so you can no longer watch them make the sandwiches. They left bacon off two subs. Requested and paid for double meat - didn't get it. Skip this Subway....

Also, the older gentleman that seems to be in charge went out the front door and returned with prepackaged liquids, about 5 packs or some sort of sauce/toppings in the front door.
Mind you it was about 95 degrees today in this area and he just walks back in the front door with those bags in hand without any care for the temperature.
Not sure what is going on but I tossed out what we purchased and will not be going back...
