I was due for a interview today I arrived 15 minutes early, there was a older crew member literally arguing with a customer…. After 40 minutes goes past I asked for a application the team crew member waved me off with his hand and said no so I called the number on the door to talk with the lady, because she was the one who told me to fill the application out while the manger was late… so I just left she called me asking did I get the application I told her I just need to work that’s all if there was a day that the manager JJ was in there she told me possibly Wednesday to call her Wednesday because she wasn’t sure I asked if I can have his number since he is conducting the interview and she isn’t sure of his schedule she told me Bo she cannot do that so i am just writing a review because I have had some pretty bad interviews before but never ones that send to do a application and the customer service is terrible not just with his customer but the people they work with and may potentially work with the crew member had the upmost disrespectful customer service he ignored my whole presence when I would talk to him made me feel like my skin colored offended him or something idk but I won’t be buying food from her based off of how I seen he treated that darling old lady poor lady told him “idk why every time I come in here I have to argue with you about what I want on my sandwich, I’m paying for it so there shouldn’t be a debate about what I pay for” I run my own LLC They are not following state guidelines for the interview process and the team crew member should of not been hired because his experience with English and people is very poor

Read moreOn at least two occasions I have had problems with Subway staff not using plastic gloves. The first time an employee began to prepare my sandwich without gloves and I had to ask her to put gloves on. Why? The second time (most recent) I entered the restaurant as an employee was just completing a transaction with a customer. She'd removed her gloves, took his money, and used the cash register. She then proceeded to remove some bakery pans that were laying on the counter. Then she opened up the glass bread closet (?) and began shuffling around loaves of bread. She never washed her hands and she didn't put on any gloves. All this after touching money and using a cash register. I asked her about the gloves -- either she didn't understand me or she thought it was a useless question because she continued to shuffle the bread from pan to pan. I did not buy anything. Read moreHorrible staff members! I completed a survey to recieve a free drink or two free cookies. When I presented the offer code to the staff members they acted as if they did not understand the offer. I was then told that I was only allowed to use a QR code(untrue, the website only provides an offer code which is to be manually entered). The staff said that there was no way I could have completed a survey to recieve said offer code and that I'd have to try another day. She did not have knowledge of the website on the bottom of the receipt and told me that there was no website/link to complete a survey. I called to ask for a manager and the same staff member told me they'd be available the next day and hung up in the middle of me...
