If there were zero stars, I would have selected it. DO NOT order directly from this restaurant. They are fraudulent. I just placed an order and half of the food that I ordered was not delivered.

When I called the restaurant, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. They acknowledged that they did not have the item, but they can't do anything about it because the rest of the item was already delivered. Even the manager said there was nothing he could do about. No order, no refund, in America???? How can a restaurant take my money, don't give me the food, don't refund my money and tell me there's nothing they can do about it?

I wished I had placed my order on door dash, at least they would have refunded my money.

They did not call me to notify me that they did not have the item. I had to call them before they acknowledged that they did not have it. The food that was delivered tastes like something I wouldn't feed to a pig.

In addition to the delivery fee, they tacked on a mandatory 20% tip for the driver. I honestly would have cancelled my order if they had told me they did not have everything I ordered.

I am taking this up with my credit card. This is definitely not how you do business. I've had deliveries where an item was missing and upon notifying the restaurant, they brought the missing item. This restaurant is fraudulent!!!!!!!

I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. If they have done the same to you, please report them. This is not right!!!!

Excellent (A):Jollof Rice - The highlight of my visit, perfectly spicy. 🌶️🌶️ Prepare for a good kick of heat.

Very good (A) Asun (Goat Meat) - Excellent spicy finger food, very spicy with almost three chili peppers. 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Definitely a favorite and would order again.

Very Good (A-):Efo Riro - Most balanced and flavorful, excellent with fufu, mildly spicy. 🌶️ Definitely would order again.

Very good (A):Fufu - Perfectly made, a great staple, not spicy.

Egusi Soup (B)- Decent enough to try again but not the best I’ve ever had, not very spicy.

Chicken Gizzards (B) - Initially appealing with its sweet and tangy flavor but didn’t suit my taste overall, mildly spicy. 🌶️

Yellow Rice with Vegetables (B-) - Tasty, but beware of hard dehydrated vegetables, mildly spicy. 🌶️

Fair (C+):Beef Meat Pie - The beef tasted good, but the crust was too thick and a bit dry for my taste, not spicy.

Red Pepper Soup with Beef (C+) - The beef was tough, and the soup was too sweet for my personal preference, not very spicy.

Below Average (C):Ayamasa with Tripe - This dish just wasn’t for me; the taste of tripe didn’t appeal, although it might suit others,...

It's obvious this restaurant has invested a lot of money into the location. I wish the owners well, understanding the difficulties in running a small business. In my opinion, the food tastes good... the herbs and spices is certainly not off the shelf. My criticism layes on two fronts. Value leaves little to be desired. I ordered goat ($23) and received nothing in addition to a small portion of deliciously seasoned meat that was notoriously difficult to chew. Anyone who is familiar with this cut is well aware of how tough the meat is, so I am left disappointed. Thank goodness I had rice at home to eat with my $23 before taxes and tip "meal". Finally, I felt uncomfortable seeing thin plastic bag designed to make cleaning the metal bins easier. With all of the latest studies pointing to the dangers of cooking/warming foods in contact with... I sincerely hope they adjust their practices so that customers won't only eat food that has flavor, but is truly healthy to consume. I'll definitely give another try... I look forward to an...
