Birria Love — Restaurant in Parkville

Birria is one of those foods you try once, and you’ll want to have it over and over again. My first time trying Birria Love reminded me of the first time I tried Birria, at a local spot in Tampa Florida making some of the best and original Birria. This place, flavor-wise, is about the best thing I could find in MD to scratch that itch. Birria Nachos were amazing, Quesabirria was a delicious alternative to regular tacos, but these tacos are just packed with flavor that can only be done with perfectly cooked and spiced Birria beef.

A few things I wish could be added: I love topping the consommé with chopped onions and cilantro, I feel like the dip here could use it (feel like it needs a little something). I wish they had some salsa roja or verde or spicy tomatillo salsa (forgot to ask and maybe they do have it here, so definitely add this if they got it). I will be frequenting this place whenever I get a craving, nothing else around compares.

Side note: Strawberry horchata was on-point! Definitely a unique and awesome drink to pair...

We ordered the Birria Pizza and substituted for chicken and did not get everything that was to come with the order. Ordered a Burrito and it had no flavor at all. Stuffed with so much white rice it was horrible. I tried to mask it with pico de gallo and guacomole. The food is nothing to write home about. Our waiter was not honest and a bit of a nuisance. Called to tell about the order and the girl did not know anything I said to her. Do not waste your time. Go down the road to the other Mexican Restaurant. I asked for the owners and some man said let me call him about the food. He told me the owner said there was nothing they can do. Mind you,they also tag on an 18 % gratuity. I was so overwhelmed. I threw the rest of the burrito in the trash. The pizza was also very over cooked and did not come with the consumme. SMH. Where is...

Tonight was my night to choose our date night plans so I went to yelp and I found this place. Where do I begin??? I made reservations for 6:45, we arrived 20 mins early and were seated within 3 mins. The customer service was so great! The lady Maria helped served us, she was super sweet, fast, and she communicated a lot with when our food & drinks would arrive. Now to the food. The menu was affordable & had lots of options that I never knew existed. I got the Queso dip, and. Barria Ramen & my boyfriend got the Barria pizza and empanadas, & a strawberry drink. Everything was 10/10. We were so full we couldn’t eat everything and had to take things to go. They also have an area where you can take pics and videos. I’ll add those below.
