Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

I go to Taco Bell in Edgewater Maryland, order online and it goes to the wrong restaurant, far away. Either restaurant is able to help me, give me a refund. They say to call app support. App support is closed for 2 days. They can’t just put a freakin cancel o. The app that stays there until you pick up your order. Unbelievable. McDonald’s sends orders to the location you are located and cancels automatically if you don’t pick up. This is unbelievable! I can’t afford to waste money and give them free money! Taco Bell is stealing my money! And the one in edgewater couldn’t just make the order, as often as I eat there? I’m done with TacoBell! I want my money NOW AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS AND HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! The app is too much troulble and I can’t afford it anymore without app deals. I don’t want to waste my weekends and time off work dealing with this crap nor do I have the money to deal with it! TACO BELL SUCKS! Don’t eat there anymore! It’s longer worth it and I was a long time regular customer! Not anymore!

Update: Taco Bell, do you want t to explain to me why this deal never works at Edgewater MD Taco Bell or Gambrills, MD Taco Bell!!!! What kind of a business do you run where you don’t honor your deals? I did everything exactly the way it said to and it wouldn’t give me the freaking deal!!! Your company is full of crap and doesn’t honor it deals.  Now I can’t even put a picture of the deal on this damn comment to show you what I’m talking about because you’re too afraid of people taking pictures and showing you for who you really are showing how disgusting your food is. Been to this location a lot of times. This is not a corporate store and is a franchise. Prices are EXCEPTIONALLY HIGHER here than corporate stores and WAY higher than other franchises. Advertised pricing schemes are completely disregarded and addons per item are .50-$1 each per item which is nuts. The inconsistency here is miserable. Food made here is often outright wrong, often forgetting items outright or modifications disregarded entirely, and wrong items given often. then on top of those issues, portion sizes do not reflect the massively hiked prices, where other stores will give your money's worth. Drinks here are usually half ice and lacking syrup too its rare to get a GOOD mix of soda. Quality here is definitely sub par to every other TB ive ever been to as well regarding temperatures and sanitation is very questionable behind the counters, as ive seen employees in gloves on their phones, observed people touching their faces heads and hair, as well as people eating at the register while taking drive thru orders. On top of that, I'd say at least 40% of the time here, they will park you into the mobile order spot, reset the driverhru timers and take forever to give you a single meal order, all while nobody else was behind you in line.

Its disappointing that this location demands near sit down restaurant prices per meal while the quality, quantity and reliability falls short almost every single time. Dear franchise owner, please see this and understand that this location SHOULD be all in all better than places youd expect the worst from like in other places in AA/PG/MoCo, but is falling flat in a lot of aspects. Perhaps be involved in a few weekend dinners / night shifts to set the correct example.... and please adjust serving sizes or addon prices in favor of...
