Overall love Taco Bell for the price you pay. People here are pretty nice.
My only complaint is about the hot sauce packets. I'm one of those guys that use more than one packet on their food, and before this whole Covid fiasco, I use to always go inside to get the hot sauce packets, and never had one complaint about using a lot (I don't waste any by the way like some people may). Anyhow on their app I ordered a couple of food, and 25 packets of Diablo hot sauce ( I prefer more but trying to be reasonable). I go up to the drive through and tell them my name so they can pull up my order and make it, and I mentioned about how on the app I ordered 25 packets of Diablo hotsauce. They of course (this have happened previously where they barely gave me any when I went up to the pickup window and mentioned the same thing, except she tossed whatever in it to just get rid of me I think) mentioned how they can only give 1 packet per item. Not sure if it's the franchise or if that's really actual policy of Taco Bell. I told them if that was the case why did they give me the option to get 25 packets in the first place. I told them I would end up filing a complaint cause it didn't make sense. The gentleman on the other line told me that they had no control of the app, however he was calm and nice about it and told me that I would get it.
I drove up, got my orders with the 25 packets of diablo hot sauce, and realized I didn't get my receipt sadly (not sure if I was suppose to get one since I ordered online) so I can put in a nice review about him and place a complaint about their policy about packets of hot sauce which I thought was really silly.
Anyhow, I tried going to the survey thing to put in some nice word about the kid, but unfortunately I need a receipt and 16 digit survey code to put it in, so best I can do is mentioned those info I put up in the first sentence. If it wasn't for that kid, I would've gave it a lower star rating.
Also, please either fix the the packets on how many you can order based on how many items you order on the app (which I know for a fact a lot of people won't be happy with), or please look into this whole packet issue on why the packets are being limited to just 1 per item. I don't know if it's just the store or an actual Taco Bell...

THREE WORDS: SPEED, COURTESY, ACCURACY.
They run a super speedy drive through and would never ask you to pull forward (to cheat the clock).
They always ask how we're doing and listen to the response. If you say "I'm having a tough one, how about you?" They'll answer, "I'm sorry to hear that!" Or "pretty good for me, hope you day improves." No joke. The staff listen. And they almost always tell me that it's been a pleasure serving us... believably. It's as if this Taco Bell is being run by the Chick-fil-A people.
At other locations we have to sit at the window and check the order but not here. I describe the one exception below, but that is an outlier. Our orders are complicated (no sauce on this, extra lettuce on that, no beans on this thing, yes sauce on the second one of that) but the team get it right and mark things to help us keep it all straight.
Rarely do they make a mistake.
I've had only one middling experience. They missed my toddler's cheesy roll up, and a stressed staff person was a little terse with me when I came to the door to ask for it it be fixed. But the manager (who I've made a point of praising previously) apologized, fixed it and gave us a full refund. WOW!!!
Patronize this one. We drive past two other Taco Bell restaurants...
Read moreI’ve worked at this taco bell when i was in HS in 2010 for 4 years. We had the best #s and the best customer service. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt by not writing a review everytime They mess up my order .
First things first I only order a bean burrito with NO cheese everytime! that’s it. sometimes i’ll add a sweet tea. And everytime I get cheese. EVERYTIME. when i tell them it has cheese they catch a attitude and the one girl told me to drive around to ring the bell to get my re made bean burrito because it’s customers behind me. a bean burrito only takes a minute to make i know i use to work the line. they do extra work by PUTTING THE CHEESE ON AND THEN HAVE TO REMAKE IT! I told them no. 10 seconds later here is my new burrito WITH EXTRA CHEESE. I’m assuming it was the store manager who said pull around to the front and we will bring it out because she has no attitude and was polite I did drive around at that point.
So tonight I ordered my bean burrito skeptical about even going there. AGAIN CHEESE ON MY BURRITO. I don’t have the energy to go back tonight. But they need new staff with new attitudes whoever was in the window tonight needs to go into a customer service class ASAP. or serving ppl isn’t the...
