Never had a problem with food orders, but lately they’ve been closing(?) at 8:00pm. Last week my girlfriend sat in the drive through for about 20-minutes before she heard the speaker for the customer ahead of her being told that they were no longer taking orders. After hearing this, the lights were turned off.
We went by last night, figured it may have been a one-night thing, but arrived just before 8:00pm and sat in-line for about 15-minutes with the line not moving at all. Suddenly, the lights turned off and we looked at the time, it was just after 8:00pm…
If the hours are going to change (maybe they are short-staffed, maybe this is only for the Holidays?), then let your customers know by posting the hours on the billboard, on the front doors, or even a note on the drive-through menu. Anything, really. We left and circled back around and the same cars were still in the same spots, with the lights out to the store 10-minutes later.
I get that some folks don’t want confrontation and that those in-line may be upset at the store closing, but they’ll be even more mad when they’ve wasted a ton of time in a line that isn’t taking orders because the store is closed.
Long story short, we went to the next nearest Taco Bell in Severna Park, they were open, had no line, and got our order quickly...

Zero or negative stars would be generous. The manager and workers laugh instead of trying to provide any kind of customer service. The app and ordering through it is easy but pickup is horrible. The staff are rude and are not customer focused at all. I’ve been to this store multiple times over 7 years and this the worst it has ever been! I hope if this is a franchise, the owner realizes how horrible the current staff is. I placed an order through the app to pickup in drive thru, and both times have been asked to come inside to pick it up. After I said never mind and cancelled the order because it is too painful to walk the app would not cancel my order. So as I hobbled into the store, the manager laughed and walked away. After a long night of halloween walking around for hours on end STARVING.We decided to go to taco bell, we went in a noticed it was very busy but we decided still to go. We go in and do it on the touch screen tablet at start putting are order in, after putting are order in we go to sit down and wait. After 30 MINUTES me and my friend are thinking ‘Hm maybe we should see if are order is almost ready’. By this time people that have came in after us were getting their order BEFORE US.
