(THIS TACO BELL IS A GHOST TOWN SOME NIGHTS WHEN THE HOURS SAY THEY ARE OPEN. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION ^^) I like Taco Bell. They have good deals and if you download their app it's the same experience as going inside using the screens. Depending on the shift and who's making it for the day you can have differences in quality and proper proportions of the ingredients. Luckily my experience with this Taco Bell has been good. I can't say the same for the McDonald's across the road, but all restaurants have their good and bad days. The people you hire, how tired/motivated they are, and how busy it is can all affect your order. Occasionally there will be low inventory of certain ingredients. One time I went they didn't have soft tortillas and as inconvenient as that is, I went about my day just fine and the next day I went back to get some good food. Try their breakfast. I got the Grande breakfast burrito and was impressed. It's been 10 months since I left this review and my review still stands. But I had to add this picture of a time I went two weeks ago and got home. Let's just say my breakfast quesadilla was empty and I was left empty. If you're going to work at Taco bell, at least give some sort of portion. I don't even know if that's a whole egg in there and the tortilla was stale. Read moreMy daughter and I stopped by this past Thursday evening around 5:30. I was 2 cars back from the actual menu board and waited 10 minutes to place my order. By the time we arrived at the window to pay it was now 20 minutes. I explained that when the person repeated my order it was hard to hear him and the order was not correct. We were missing two soft tacos and I needed them added. The young lady at the register went to let the manager know to make them. She came back to the window to let me know the manager said I would have to get out of the line and get back in the line to order them and for me to leave the drive thru window. I explained that I had waited for 20 minutes and I wanted to talk to the manager because I’m not getting to the back of the line again over 2 tacos. The manger came over and told me I should have read the order screen when ordering. I explained that the order screen wasn’t working and all of the time we took going back and forth we could have been on our way and not holding up the line. She slammed the window shut so hard I thought it was going to shatter. Then I looked in my bag that was already handed out to me while waiting for the 2 tacos and saw that my nachos where missing. Read moreI come here all the time at odd hours when I get off of work (I bartend at a large casino) and I’m always tired and grumpy from dealing with various attitudes all night but the team members at this location genuinely care about their jobs! There’s always someone kind to greet you and ask how your night’s going. Not only do they have great, engaging personalities but you can see that they work well together as a team to ensure that there are no issues. I can’t recall ever having an order messed up, even when it was a complicated one.
I want to specifically recognize Bianca J for her outgoing personality and high energy! I’ve worked in the service/food&beverage industry for awhile now and that’s the kind of person people want to see behind a bar or serving their families at dinner. I started out in fast food and continually moved up until I got to where I am but it all goes back to customer service and a positive/friendly personality.
