Safe to say my family and I will NEVER return! The customer service was the WORST I've experienced in a really long time. Asked the cashier about a first responder discount and he said they can only give discounts when the owner is there. What? The cashier said it was because he was giving too many discounts. What? If a restaurant offers discounts, any employee should be able to apply them if the person requesting a discount can provide proof they are entitled to one. The cashier then said if he gave us a discount, he would get fired. This says a lot about the owner, if the owner is threatening employees for applying discounts. Secondly, this same cashier got our order wrong (probably because he was talking so much). We ordered onion rings with our combo and he gave us fries. When we asked for a replacement he said we confirmed the order. Nope, we didn't. They never asked us to confirm the order. The cashier proceeded to argue with us about the order and even tried to charge us for an order of onion rings. He said again he was going to get fired for correcting the order. Bottom line, the customer service here is absolutely abhorrent. The owner should be ashamed for making the employees here so fearful that they feel they cannot do simple tasks like switch out an incorrect order or apply discounts or refunds.
Owner: please for the future success of your business, treat your customers and employees with the care and respect...
Read moreI never had any problem with the food until today! I ordered the buffalo cauliflower, as I’m eating and getting closer to the bottom, I noticed an aluminum trim/plastic object in my food. Which is not edible, unsanitary, and is a choking hazard. We called the number on the receipt 3 times, the operator answered and every time someone said “hold on”but then the phone ended up hanging up. So we just ended up taking it back to the store in Owings Mills, MD. After explaining to the employee, what the issue was with the food, he then pointed to a sign that’s on the counter that said “all sales are final no refunds or exchanges.” Don’t get me wrong I understand policies! but one thing that don’t make sense is HOW IN THE HELL are “all sales are final” when there is an FOREIGN OBJECT in my food that could’ve caused harm. I understand policies but in this situation, there should’ve been an exception where I should’ve been refunded for my money if I didn’t want them to make me another. Because to be honest when there’s something that is non-edible in my food, I don’t want them to remake it. It’s not like I was trying to exchange my food because I didn’t like it. NO, there was an object that was in my food that did not belong! I hope they do better but today was my last time eating there. They need to be more careful with their food practices and re-evaluate their food policy! look closely on that picture and zoom-in if you...
Read moreI decided to try my local WNB Factory for the first time on June 25th, especially since I was craving a burger. I entered the store and I was greeted immediately. The store was clean and well lit. The 2 employees at the counter were courteous and very helpful. They answered all of my questions. What I ordered... #1 Steakburger w/Cheese Combo: Single Well Done, Pretzel Bun, American Cheese, Mayo, Bacon, Light Pickle & Light Onion with Fries and a Fountain Minute Maid Lemonade 6PC Wings Plain Crispy with Ranch Cup
I was so pleased with the burger. It was prepared perfectly, just as I requested. Delicious! It was so filling that I really didn't need a combo. It came with plenty of fries and a nice size drink. I wished that I hadn't ordered the wings either. They were not at all what I expected. They were golden brown, lacked flavor and were not crispy in the slightest. I ended up pulling the skin off and dipping the meat in the ranch cup. I was very disappointed.
I would recommend them because you can build your own burger. Pass on the combo unless you have a large appetite. Pass on the plain crispy wings too. I will definitely be back for a custom burger. It...
