5 Stars because Smoothies are absolutely delicious and the workers are doing their absolute best getting orders out but, I think the corporate HQ needs to figure out production processes better. It’s not the employees - - I’ve observed on few occasions and they’re working at ludicrous speed that would impress Dark Helmet and some may exaggerate that the employees are harnessing the power of the Schwartz.

It took overall 22 minutes to get all three smoothies. I would actually be okay with waiting as the store was quite busy. However, the smoothies came out 7. minutes. apart…. I won’t pretend to know why or how or the rhyme of reason. Imagine the throughput of volume and return on profits if they improved the process.

Read moreI came in 05/14/2022 craving a smoothie. At first everything seemed chill and nice until we got our smoothies. Keep in mind, I understand that every tropical smoothie location is different but the menus are still all the same. I order a jetty junior and it was underneath the “line”. The cashier said that they use the same measurements for all smoothies but me personally working at a different tropical smoothie location currently, I know that if the smoothie comes out way below the line you should add more ice to fill it. Then I got 2 beach bums which only one of them was filled perfectly and the other was very under the line as well. Our beach bums (w/ white choc & dark choc) didn’t even taste like the regular drink but more like strawberry. Having to see what the cashier put into the blender, I can say she didn’t do it correctly either. My family and I weren’t going to make a fuss about it because it was a long day and we just wanted to get home. I noticed that once we left she stared at us knowing that what she served and how she left us was unacceptable but didn’t try to help. The first bad experience was my in store order. They forgot my salad and bananas. I got to the car and thought the bag feels light. After checking I realized they were missing. Went in and was ignored until I finally asked if someone could help? I never wrote a review about it (things happen). The next order was via Uber Eats. When I got my order both sides(bananas) were missing and my shrimp quesadilla was missing everything! No shrimp no cheese just a stale wrap! When I called the associate said “so what do you want me to do” I was stunned! I asked what do YOU want to do about it? She said you need to speak to the manager!
