First and only time ordering. I'll start with the positives. We ordered delivery and the person who took my order was very pleasant and polite. The order which we requested delivery came well within the 40 minute estimated time they quoted me. The delivery guy was friendly and polite. As I wait for the fries to be delivered that were forgotten the first time around, I'll review the issues. To start, I'm waiting on my fries to be delivered cause they were forgotten. Although the food got here promptly, it just wasn't very good. Don't know about the fries, they still haven't arrived and I called and they said they were on their way (40 minutes ago and counting). We had cheesesteaks, they weren't horrible, just not good. Rather bland tasting, couldn't even tell if they had cheese on them. The steak was bland and I can't decide if the bread was soft or soggy, probably a little bit of both. We also had fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were over breaded, but we're probably bulk ordered out of a bag. They were also under cooked so instead of being crisp with a mushroom center they were doughy tasting. It is now 50 minutes since I was told the fries were on their way. I think it is also fair to mention the resteraunt is within 2 miles of my house. Needless to say this is a less than satifying first experience, and most likely the first and last time ordering from here. Warning: Never got my food.

Called to place an order. I ordered $14 worth of food. Total came to $17. The person who took my card information couldn’t hear. I had to give my payment information three times. We hung out. I called back to add something to my order and an older man told me “Sorry I charged your card for $7.47 instead of $17.14. I have to run it again” No no no at this point I felt like I was being scammed for my card numbers. Why did I have to call YOU back in order for you to tell me you charged me for the incorrect amount?? Huh?? So I asked to cancel the order and he hung up. I called back to ask them to refund the money, they keep picking up the phone and hanging up on me. Finally the same older man picked up and I asked him to make sure the money is refunded and he said no problem. I checked my bank statement today (I ordered Friday) and there is no evidence that the money was refunded. Now I must dispute with the bank. Wasn’t worth the trouble for ordering cheap...

I got an Italian cold cut sandwich from here. I love Italian cold cuts and I had been to the Annapolis location and loved there subs so when I was in the area I thought I would give it a try. The lunch meat had a weird taste, it just tasted off to me. I had requested hot peppers, lettuce, vinegar, onions, and tomato for toppings I only got onions and tomato. When giving my order over the phone I was really frustrated because I am not exaggerating when I say I had to repeat my order like 4 times whoever was taking my order seemed to really have issues with comprehension. I just don’t think you should hire someone if they are incapable of taking someone’s order because after all the times I had to repeat it they still got the order wrong.
