Wawa — Restaurant in Maryland

I will never go back to this Wawa location ever again after two poor incidents. First one is I had placed a curbside order for a coffee and sat in one of the curbside parking spots for 20 minutes. I finally went into the store and asked about my order. The guy just looked at me and then handed me my coffee which was sitting on a shelf behind the counter. No apology or reaction. FYI....don't do a curbside order at this location.

Secondly, today, 10/14, I pre-ordered a coffee for pickup at 8:25am. I get there at that time and there is nothing on the curbside pickup counter. I waited 10 minutes since maybe they hadn't made my drink yet and then finally yelled over the counter at some kid with glasses and greasy hair and asked about my drink. No response but simply walked over to another shelf behind the counter and gave me my drink. He said not one word to me. If you do an online order in the app, why wasn't the drink on the "online order" pickup spot?? Why kept behind the counter out of sight?

I have worked in the food service industry and this place is horrible. If you acted like this anywhere you wouldn't have a job. Do yourself a favor and ride a few more miles to the Wawa in Millersville! Steer clear of...

Always out of bacon, tomatoes, eggs, lettuce and to much to write. STILL TILL THIS DAY. WHY CANT WAWA BE As good as it was when it first open here?

Lost all the good employees. Hired a bunch of trash.

These employees do not care. They are pathetic when it comes to understanding what sells. What needed. What has to come out the freezer. How do you stay in business? So much money loss because they don't care to get the stuff out the freezer to thaw. Smh

This place is very bad with inventory. Won't have buns for burgers. Won't have the same products available to eat everyday. I really like the wraps. For some reason. The last 3 days. None If it's not 1 thing. It's another. Very poor management. Lost my money 3 days in a row.. I spend over 25.00 each time. Good job. Your Trying to get my routine changed to another food...

I am not happy about doing this but contacting store location (GlenBurnie 7124 Ritchie HWY) This is the store from Hell - they will make your salad or sandwich the way they like - I even once received a sandwich without meat. This is not the location to be the standard - in Tampa, Florida went to the same WAWA for 3 years 3 to 5 times a week NEVER wrong / mistake in my order- same for the location at College Park for 4 years never mistake. Six months frequenting this location it is 3 out 5 orders not made correctly - HQ Corporate WAWA wake up!!!! If zero stars were an option would do it, they do not care.

Quality Control of food products at this location is zero. I run a government Contracting Business with 72 employees I now put my WAWA...
