First time back to this Wendy's since the renovations that made it look brand new and probably my last visit. 7/30/23 around 6pm. We must have waited 15 minutes behind one car. So, it still holds the record for the longest wait than any other Wendy's I've been too in all of Maryland and I'm not sure why because I must have counted 6 people at the front and I don't know how many are in the back cooking the food. When the car in front of me finally got his order, the staff told me they gave that guy my order by mistake and they will make me a new order, I feel bad for the guy who got my order, especially if he is door dash, they won't be getting what they ordered. I understand accidents happen but there's more issues. Why are they not asking the names of the online orders? Why are staff eating food while preparing our food and nobody is wearing gloves which doesn't help. Why are they scooping ice with the cup and the hands are touching the ice instead of using the ice scooper that's just laying there next to the ice box? The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the mix up and the very long wait but the way they are preparing food seems bad. I feel like if they are hungry they should go on break and go eat in the dining area, not at the counter preparing other peoples food. I couldn't eat my food because I felt disgusted. I thought things would improve since they did the renovations but it's the same old Wendy's it's always been, nothing has changed. because I checked the open time until 2 AM
There were not many cars,
but I know the policy can’t order on standing for drive-thru
But I didn’t know that, And there were no cars then.
And the staff could notice me when I was standing there.
And another car came to there, and I was standing there to order
but the staff didn’t tell me anything.
And another car came there, and the staff start to talk for them
but their voice was looking like laughing at me then.
And after the car, I tried to stand there again,
biut the staff didn’t talk even for the notice.
And another car came there again, they just started to talk.
And that is just making me stupid guy then.
other drivers talked to me like I am stupid man.
Just I didn’t know about the policy then.
And I called to the store for knowing the store number
they just answered the wrong numbers
they tried to give me the address or phone number
or 4 digit numbers.
And they knew what I could call them, I didn’t ask about the policy
but they answered I need a car for them even I called there after 1 hour from the happening.
So I felt what they tried to make me angry.
Because I saw the staffs was Indians
And I just had many experiences from Indian’s annoying from every companies
Just I don’t find the business where Indians work with Racism
And the Indians attitudes are really Racism
but when I complain like this, they would act like victims

Read moreI visited this Wendy’s with my partner on Fri Oct 20, around 6pm. We ordered a Biggie Bag & a plain Jr Cheeseburger. We got our food, and saw that the cheeseburger wasn’t plain. I walked back up to the counter and asked the worker who was currently working the register if it would be able to be remade. She told me I hadn’t ordered a plain cheeseburger, and asked me “what [was she] supposed to do about it”. I told her that I did order a plain cheeseburger (which she denied again, citing my receipt, which was not accurately inputed. I understand the staff making what was put in for the order, but just wanted something my partner could actually eat), and asked if we would be able to have a new one remade. I received a plain chicken sandwich instead of a plain cheeseburger. When I went back to the front to ask for what I had ordered, multiple staff members rolled their eyes at me before making me and handing me the burger. I saw that both the chicken sandwich and the cheeseburger were intentionally squished by the worker making them, which was frankly unnecessary.
