Wendy's — Restaurant in Maryland

Unbelievable how many times I’ve been to this place just to get disappointed EVERY single time. I’ve worked in the Fast Food industry before so I try to keep an open mind and try to be understanding but the service here is just unacceptable. I order food here frequently and would like to keep stopping by here when i’m craving Wendy’s but this specific store is just an abomination. Whenever I’m in the Drive-Thru or the lobby I do not feel welcomed, I feel like I’m actually bothering the employees (even who I think is the Store Manager!!) every time I come here. Now, I don’t wanna lump every single employee into my complaints because there’s a few young ladies who are very nice and polite, but most of the employees here qualify into my complaints. Sometimes when I’m in the lobby, and most of the time i’m the only one, I’ll make eye contact with like 5 people before someone decides to come to the register. I always stay respectful and use my manners yet I’m always getting rude body languages, eye rolls, and it gets to a point where they sigh, huffing and puffing on the microphone over the silliest things! One that immediately comes to mind was because I wanted to substitute my drink for a Frosty. I should not have to feel like I’m disturbing the employees when that’s the job they chose. And this location is embarrassingly stingy with their sauces. With the Biggie Bags, they always ask me what sauce I want and 9 times out of 10 the sauce is never in the bag. Why ask me what sauce I want when I never get it in the first place!? And the very few times I do get the sauce, I’ll only get one tiny cup for 2 meals, practically forcing me at that point to ask for more. There has also been a few times where I’ve gotten their Strawberry Lemonade and for some reason I’m met with a half Strawberry Lemonade and half Hi-C Strawberry. Y’know, I kind of assumed it was because maybe the fountain for their Lemonade was running low so they tried to make do with what they had. But the first time this happened we went back inside to get it fixed and the fountain that was presented at the counter was probably 3/4 full. So I don’t know who they think they’re fooling with the half and half drink when it looks red when they do it instead of the normal pink color. I could go on and on about the problems I have with this location, I just hope this place fixes itself up because I enjoy Wendy’s food but this store in specific takes all the joy out...

Absolutely disgusted with this place. They charge me for 2 salads instead of one like I asked then give me the money back for the second one then they forget my daughter and husbands drink so go back in to get that and then my husband goes to eat his chicken sandwich and it's raw yes it was completely raw. So he take sit back inside and the manager gives him attitude instead of just apologizing and giving him his refund she the decides to give him 7$ for his meal alone was 13$ and says he didn't bring the drink back in like are you kidding me you just served me raw food and you worried about a drink so he bring the drink back in that he hasn't drank out of and the manager rolls her eyes and makes a snooty comment and instead of helping my husband she turns her back and starts serving other people. Have absolutely no respect or manners and food was raw and disgusting and the manager was ignorant as all get out. Went through the drive-thru around 11 last night the gentleman (if you will) that took our order was extremely rude when we were placing our order. When we pulled up to the window (s)he was still rude (shut the window in our face as we said to have a good night) and texting on his phone at the same time. The service at the second window was much more pleasant. We receive our order and keep it moving. We get to our house (in mechanicsville) just to see our food is not what we asked for. My sandwich was made completely wrong and my husbands burger was raw. We call the manager and he tells us that the store was completely out of ketchup; however, my husbands sandwich (a baconator) had ketchup on it!! I ordered a #1 with no cheese and no tomatoes. They only put mayo and onion on it!!! The manager was just as rude as the first employee we encountered at the first window.
