Iâve been at this Wendyâs 3 time. Every time thereâs an issue. I think this last time really took my patience.
My first time going to this, Wendyâs, they were excepting an order from pedestrian, that walked up on the drive-through. Instead of going inside, like what? Anyways so order then I ordered a sandwich and request for no bacon. I get to work and thereâs bacon all through my sandwich. such that was a waste of time going there and waiting so long in the drive-thru.
The second time going to this Wendyâs I ordered a sandwich once again with no bacon. Remembering my last time here, I checked my order to make sure there was no bacon and long behold there were bacon in my sandwich so immediately Iâll tell the lady in the drive-through that there is bacon on my sandwich and I requested it off, she told me to pull up at the front and she will bring my sandwich outside when itâs ready. I was literally waiting for about 20 minutes for the sandwich so I began to go inside to see what was the wait and the manager forgot to even make my sandwich đŽâđ¨ so had to request a refund because I couldnât wait.
The third time they got my sandwich right but I noticed that if you order breakfast they will charge you $.30 more for season potatoes. But it comes with your meal girl. I asked the manager why is it a $.30 charge and he blamed it on the system and could not give me any information on why I was charged $.30 extra for season potatoes that comes with the meal and With a nonchalant response. And I can say that this last time can be a bit Petty but I really think if I had better customer service experience from this location Iâd never cared about $.30 honestly. But No! Itâs my $.30.    Read moreOrdered the meal deal on the app. Fries and nuggets were lukewarm and the burger was flat out terrible. Not only the modifications were wrong, but I was given a burnt dried out slider patty on a regular bun. I normally do not eat Wendy's burgers, mainly the chicken products so I was very disappointed for deciding to try something different. I didn't even bother to eat it and threw it in the garbage where it belongs. I remember when Wendy's had the campaign many years ago "Where's the Beef?" I guess they need to ask themselves that question today.
The cashier was nice though.....
FOLLOW UP: Decided to give Wendy's a 2nd chance. I figured since I am placing my lunch order before 11am, I should receive fresh food...NOT! Everything was cold - the dried out burger, fries, and nuggets. The burger was served on stale bread, so once again, I couldn't even eat it. I am on a timed lunch break so I did not have time to park and have my food redone, so I had to nuke the nuggets and fries. What a waste of money and fuel for below subpar food.
Again, the cashier was nice.

   Read moreIf I could give it half of a star, I would. You may want to use cash only at this location...not that they would know what to do with it. There was a young lady screwing EVERYTHING up and blaming everyone but herself. This same young lady had to be told , repeatedly, by a customer that she paid more than the amount due and is due change. She blamed that on the guy makin the fries. The thing that really got me was the manager. She was taking customer debit/credit cards and disappearing in the back. Another customer made the same observation. When she returned them, there were no receipts. I checked my account and there was no pending charge. I don't know what she was doing but I reported the card stolen and cut it off. At least the food was free...
