Wings Things N More — Restaurant in Maryland

The only thing this place is consistent with his how actually filling and tasty the actual food is. Literally EVERY TIME I order from here, they get something wrong. Every time. It all starts with slowly walking through my order over the phone with one of the many workers who barely speak English. Then a bunch of "hold on a minute" instances throughout the phone call. Then no matter when I arrive for pickup, the food is never ready upon my arrival. And then when I get home, I find that someone's food is wrong in some way, even though they repeat the order exactly as I give it over the phone, then confirm your order when you get there to pick it up. I mean no disrespect to the employees (they're always very friendly and understanding), but there needs to be at least one employee/manager on duty who speaks and understands fluent English. There was another customer who arrived a few minutes after I did tonight and was missing a few things from his order too. It's problem when I feel like I need to hold their hand when telling them what I want time...

First, I have to admit I haven't eaten here in years. But, just happened to come across this restaurant in my feed and figured I would warn people. Especially after reading a few reviews of people getting sick from the food. While I always thought their food was good. My family frequented here often. Until several years ago we decided to pick up our food instead of getting delivery and when we arrived standing in the waiting area to pick up our food we looked around and noticed the place was infested with roaches. We were absolutely appalled and have never gone back since. Its sad because we really did enjoy their food. But when you let your place get like this...and I mean it was bad...I cannot trust what else you allow to happen in your kitchen. Now again things may have changed over the last several years since. But I could never bring myself to eat here again. I have nightmares about the roaches and imagining how many times my family ate there having had the food delivered and...

I’ve ordered from here many times, but my most recent experience was absolutely terrible and poorly handled. I was never informed that certain items cost extra until I noticed unexpected charges on my card. I ordered wings but didn’t receive the flavor I requested or the all flats I specifically asked for—and to make matters worse, the wings were soggy. My sub was also missing key ingredients, including mushrooms, hots, and extra provolone cheese.

When I called the store, they initially said they would issue me a store credit, but shortly after, I got a call back saying they couldn’t offer a refund or store credit at all. I contacted Slice (since I ordered online), and they reached out to the store on my behalf—only to be told the same thing: no refund, no credit. Slice is now sending it to someone higher up hoping to get it resolved.

Double check your order once you receive it because this place clearly refuses to take responsibility for...
