China Delight — Restaurant in Maryland

Thought the food was amazing the first time but a bit pricey when I 1rst tried. I ordered again and the wonton soup had nothing but broth and the wontons. No, onions, or pieces of small meat. Most places usually have scallions. It was just OK. I ordered 2 different sushi's. They were put in the same container, only 1 side of sauce and 1 set of chopsticks. How are 2 people getting sushi suppose to share chopsticks and 1 sauce? These were 2 different items for 2 people. A lot of times I grab food for coworkers. If I had been working how do I split this up when they shoved this in the same container besides not providing the chopsticks or sauce for 1 order. I also paid $4.25 for a 2 litter that was not warm but hot! Had 2 wait 2 hours to drink because my ice machine is broke and didn't have any ice in trays. The food was very good for lunch, portions were fair enough.After 15 minutes with no contact,the waitress had to extracted from the first booth where she was sitting and said to me "oh, are you ready to order" After dining, I said she could have been more attentive, and she said "we have been here 20 years and our customers had no complaints". After paying the bill I said to the cashier the same thing and she said "we have beeen here 20 years and our customers had no complaints--I guess it's scripted.
