Wingstop — Restaurant in Maryland

I have worked in the food service before and this place is absolutely awful. the way the employees seem gone somewhere else and the place is not clean worries me. this was my boyfriend and i’s first ever wingstop experience we drove 45 minutes out of our way today to get it. you would never expect that a place like this brand that is so well talked about would have a store this bad. there were only three employees working, one looked like they were on something, one wouldn’t stop talking really loud and raving about how their husband is a twitch streamer, and the other one was just trying to get by. I got the garlic parm flavor wings 8 count and it was just a chicken nugget with parm on it. my boyfriend got the same and thank god he got half lemon so we could eat something better than that but they only gave us two out of the four of them the other two were just fried breading. on top of this, our wait was 30 minutes. we came in and ordered. and, i got a dr. pepper and there must be something wrong with it because it just tastes like carbonated water, no flavor. and no one was wearing gloves. we wasted 2 hours today, and $30. i am not usually one to ever file a complaint but as someone who has worked in the food service this has to be fixed by someone. these people cannot keep getting...

First time trying Wingstop Saturday for my daughters 16th bday with her friends. We ordered combo meals for each (4) of them a large boneless platter to share between myself and spouse and a chicken sandwich meal and added 2 tenders. Once home realized there was no chicken for any of the 4 combo meals, or voodoo fries that we upgraded with our combo or tenders that were added to sandwich combo. I called and was continuously placed on hold for long periods of time, at least 5-8 min 3-4 separate times. Was then accused of lying bc she triple checked our order. I am baffled at how horrible the customer service was. This is a chicken place. HOW do you forget to give chicken for 5 out of 7 meals? The girl said that the general manager would be in the next day so I called back to speak to her. What a joke. Was immediately put on hold for OVER 15 minutes. Kia who claimed to be the GM finally got on the phone and literally could have cared less about the situation. They have refused to refund the proper amount. On top of the $95 that I spent on the food that we did not receive, I had to spend over $50 more to have food delivered to my home so the girls would have something to eat. The food wasnt even good. Please don't waste your time or money...

Food poisoning. I got food poisoning an was up all night puking my guts out. The fries were undercooked, flash fried is an accurate description, raw in the middle with no color, needless to say they were tossed. Also we had also ordered voodoo fries but only received cheese fries without the seasoning, not that it mattered. I checked the chicken after finding the fries undercooked and the chicken did look cooked but that doesn't mean it was cooked to the correct temperature. The chicken was cold when we got it and the hickory smoked tasted sort of musty.

There was also one individual Manning the store when we got there an nothing/no one cooking in the back at dinner time on a Monday. Wondering if they just precooked a bunch of wings and then dolled them out as orders came in.
